I have just recently started working close by and usually run in to get drinks and a snack after midnight, since there isn't a lot open in the area. The young guy in the last 2 weeks that has waited on me has been really nice and helpful. The woman who waited on me tonight was very harsh to the point of condescending and mean. The kid working with her looked very uncomfortable. She was lecturing him on something on the register and a couple other customers in the store looked very uncomfortable. I don't know if she's a manager but if she is she shouldn't be. Maybe you should teach your managers that being harsh to customers and employees will lose you both. I guess I need to try to find someplace else to grab my midnight snack or pack one because I may end up saying something to her that is not going to be pleasant.... but managers (if she is one) should already know better.

They do not honor clear displayed pricing of goods in the store. Manager extremely rude. Definitely will not be back.

This is for VP on 96th got there several people out side said door was locked. Stood there about 10 min than knocked on door. Clerk came to door and started yelling at me, I yelled back He-She ordered me out. I left but this place has been going down hill for a longtime. This clerk is terrible

This village pantry was one of the most disgusting ones I've ever been in absolutely filthy. The restroom smelled like a zoo is was so awful. The rest of the store was no better filthy messes everywhere the floors were sticky throughout the store. I felt like unneeded a shower after going inside this store. Of course there were some young staff screwing around doing nothing maybe they should do a little cleaning. I will never ever go in this place again.

Last time I'll go there. They never have the receipt at the pump..and then you are waiting for the girl to get done smoking to come inside to get you your receipt..Done

Said she couldn't serve alcohol because she wasn't of age but she can sell me sigs . FYIYou need to be 21 yrs old for both. Makes no sense. The ? has become d*** founded .

This place is trying to rip you off. They list a price for their food and drinks and then at the cash register, they try to charge you 50 cents or so more than what the listed price says. I called them on it tonight. The person behind the register just said, "Oh, we don't make much money per hour." I'm sorry that you don't get paid well, but that's no excuse to rip off your customers. Oh, I took the burrito home that I bought at Village Pantry. I removed the wrapper and there was mold all over it. So to sum up, this Village Pantry is trying to upcharge their customers for moldy food. I'm furious and I won't be going back.

The amount of disrespect I have received at this location is unbearable, The employees are disrespectful, the gas pump doesn't take card even though it says it does I just always have trouble at this gas station, this gas station is a disaster and it's not worth going to, I would advise anyone and everyone to grab gas somewhere else
