I started an eBay store at the beginning of this year and yesterday they missed my pickup for the 3rd time already so I had to drive my 11 packages to the post office. I took 7 small ones in and put them in the drop box and went back to get the 4 larger boxes, when I returned a lady had come out looking very frustrated and angrily tells me I need to tell the guy up front if I have a lot of packages because I jammed everything up. She was very rude and gave terrible service after they had already missed my pickup. The only negatives on my business so far have been directly related to this post office. Seek alternatives if you are starting a business.

I stand in line for over 40 minutes and they tell me it’s my responsibility to have the materials ready to ship when I get to the counter? The purpose of going to a post office is to be able to purchase safe packaging material. They did not have any safe material for purchase to ship out glass jars. I’ll take my business to FedEx since this postal service can’t help me prepare my package to be shipped.

Incredibly understaffed. They've lost 3 of my packages now and the recovery/investigation process is time consuming and disappointing. I appreciate the staff for how hard they work, but 3 lost packages in 2 months shouldn't be the case for anyone. More staff at the counter would at least allow me to scan in my packages to ensure they are not immediately lost.

If I could give this a zero I would, I walked in for my passport appointment and did not see the email sent out initially for the cancellation of it. The workers had an attitude and acted like I was not able to understand anything. Horrible service, had an attitude and not helpful.

One star because zero isn’t an option. Terrible 15min average que time, poor customer service, and god forbid you need tape be prepared to shell out $5. Save yourself the time and go to UPS or FedEx.

First of all, let me say, Gary is my favorite worker at this location. Curtis has always been excellent too.. Always very kind. My frustration here lies with the tall African- American woman (sorry, to frustrated to catch her name) who acts like any question you ask her is costing her money. This location has had a broken parcel dump and a broken gate for MONTHS. I ship a lot of high-value items, so I'm not comfortable tossing it in the "hamper" in the lobby. So, I tossed my other miscellaneous parcels in the hamper and proceed to the counter to ask if she would mind me dropping it off with her. She directs me to the hamper again, to which I reply that the item is of significant value, so I'm not comfortable with that. She takes it from me and rolls her eyes at me. Literally, it involved her taking it out of my hand and spinning her lazy, unfriendly self around to place it in the bin behind the counter that is at an arm's length. I'll just wait for Gary next time, I guess.

HEATHER IS AWESOME!!! When I tell you her and the Post Office team went above and beyond… No exaggeration. My mailing issue is still in progress but so far I have been met with great customer service and helpful hands. Heather has made calls to carriers, hunt down my mail, and updated me all along the way. She’s great!

Worst place to go if you need to mail or ship anything! I had thought I had walked into a United States Post Office…. Silly me. The Fishers location is the most unhelpful and rude places I’ve been to in a really long time. I usually will go to just about any other post office in the area before heading to Fishers Post Office.

They have lost 3 packages of mine that I’ve sent out for my small business. Tired of losing money and facing consequences for USPS’ lack of organization. I have tried to reach out to customer support, and they either don’t do anything or don’t reply.

Hands down the worst post office I’ve ever stepped in. The new postmaster is an egotistic problem child. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you want to be treated like trash and talked to like you are d**** walk through these doors you won’t be disappointed. Literally an embarrassing establishment.
