My appointment was 9:am, I checked in 8:15am they gave me a door right away and by 9:17 I was unloaded and out. Am impressed. The old lady at the receiving window is owsome

Lot is cramped and crowded. 6am live unload time. Took lumpers 6 hours to unload me and another 45 minutes to figure out there been paid. Screw this place.

I gotta say that has to be thee most professional, Efficient facility I've been to in years. The Receiving lady was very helpful and polite. no lumper fee. the Dock runs like a welI oiled machine. i arrived at 4am . my appointment was at 9am . they gave me a door at 7am and I was on my way at 9am. they don't open until 8am . in case you're GPS puts you in front of a huge construction site on E.126th. keep rolling. turn right at the 1st entrance just past Cumberland go thru the gate back in across from dock doors. other then that it made my day knocking it out in such a short time. considering how most cold storage facilities are. SLOW AND RUDE.

I think everyone experience with this place will be different. Depending what your delivering. I got there a little early 9am back in across from the docks go inside. This lady at the window was nice and helpful and explained everything to me being that it was my first time there. Took under two hours to get unloaded and went inside got paperwork and was on my way.

the raisin at the reception is not polite, they unload, they take your money and the documents delay them for hours, you stand at open doors even though you are unloaded and you still have production in the trailer, what do you think happens to it from -10 when it goes up to 30

The absolute worst experienceArrived on Tuesday and called ahead and asked can I deliver early arrived 8pm they said sorry only by appointment so basically they lie . Appt. Was for 6am docked at 6:05am at this point 1:33pm still getting unloaded Last time delivering to FISHER IN.

I arrived at 815am app. Time 9am got checked in watched 6 other trucks behind me get in the doc door before me all going to the same area as me and all with the same app. Time ask sherry how could that happen and she had no answer. Maybe she didn't think I would ask all the other drivers now im the last to leave and late on my next load will never return here.

Lumpers Forces to hire no driver unloads as of now. Takes relay payments and of course that is awesome.The lady at the front in my opinion was friendly enough communicated clearly the instructions to follow.Not bad USF and yeah the bathroom could use a little love.

I deliver here often. The people in the receiving office are pleasant to work with. I am usually early for my appointment and usually put in a dock immediately. Couple times I was late and still a non-issue. The only thing keeping this a 5 star stop for me is the lumper service. Not so much the time it takes as large food warehouses like this aren't known for speed, but I believe he is the lumper supervisor or manager. He is very cold, but he probably deals with all sorts of attitudes from drivers.

You need to fire this old woman, who is working on the receiving window. She is very very rude and have a bad attitude and need to learning how to treat and respect peoples.

Checked in 5:45 am checked out 7:00 am full loaded trailer, nice lady in front desk, i had no lumper fees maybe the broker paid in advance idk, other drivers may have different experience but mine was great ?
