This store is horrible never in my life will I go it started out fine was helpful with the returns but listening skills are out the window I let them know that I had two different returns the first one was Nike I needed a receipt due to the way I was sending it got one so I thought I get home all of my receipts where Amazon 😡I call ask for manager can't get one nobody is in charge and no name but I had to get the package scan and tracking sent to my email pissed me off and still was not giving the information I asked for now had I not. Checked my items from Nike would have been lost or stolen this is unacceptable but don't worry won't ever use this place again !!! 🤬😡

Ive just left this Allisonville UPS store.
They offered the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever had.
I had actually 4 projects, one included a 150 year old portrait.
Im so glad they could help me. It was a painstaking experience to get everything I needed, but everyone was so patient and kind.
I almost felt like when I left! Mission Accomplished!!!!
I forgot about the Pizzas!!! 😉Next time, I promise!!!
You all are THE BEST!! Thanks so much! You made it fun! Im sure the recipients will be thrilled!!!

Amazon sent me one return label for four boxes. I had no idea that they need to be put in one box since they didn’t come in one box. As soon as I opened the door I could tell this guy wasn’t going to work with me. I asked him if he could maybe taped them together but he refused. All he kept saying is there is nothing I can do for you. So much for their model what brown can do for you. I will never go there again and it is very convenient because of the
location.

The owner/main worker is one of the most incompetent people around. The amount of times you have to explain to him how to do his job is amazing.

Pricing has changed for the worse. A much larger, heavier box was cheaper to ship to same address by visiting an independent location that still used UPS.
