! ! ! ! BUYER BEWARE ! ! ! ! Apparently AMY ROLLET doesn’t care about real estate at all, because she lets her kids go out and vandalize other people’s property. Would never recommend a company that has a Realitor that can’t even keep there kid from vandalizing property. We will tell everyone we know not to come near true blood and we will be contacting the BBB.

They are quite a nuisance. I called them ONCE to ask about a property that was listed as pending for a while. Told them I was interested in that property ONLY and was purely calling to see if the status was really pending. They kept calling me multiple times, months later even after I told them in the call that I am not interested in their services. They couldn't take the hint and I had to block their number. Really comes across as being money hungry vultures trying to catch a paycheck. It's harassment and not a good look for any business. Unprofessional nuisance.

Ask for help from Eric. He was a great source of knowledge, very empathetic in conversations about decisions. Very knowledgeable about houses and the area. Loved working with True Blood!

One of TRE's agents came to my house today and knocked on the door . They did not introduce themselves. Their car was blocking my driveway. They asked if I own this place. When I said that I rent, they shoved a business card in my hand (without asking if it was ok to give it to me) and then asked me to give the card to my landlord, because TRE is interested in buying the property.Yes, you read that right. A complete stranger from your organization rudely gave me an errand to run for them. This is what your customer service looks like? You can bet I will never do business with this company and I will tell other people I know to stay away. If they are this rude during a first impression, I can't imagine how terrible they are to work with further down the line.

Wes Johnston was our realtor that led us to our dream home. I am a long time real estate investor and would have preferred to search real estate on my own, but we moved to Indiana during the pandemic and it wasn’t reasonable to make deals without a professional partner. Wes fit the bill perfectly. He wasn’t overbearing or pushy in any way. He allowed us to take the lead in our searches and was extremely helpful in securing our current home during the peak of buyers frenzy. In addition, I really appreciate True Blood realty due to their convenient location(s) and because they have their own title company attached. Closing was extremely smooth and they even assisted with my desire to quit claim the property to my children. Overall, an outstanding experience!

We had the opportunity to work with Wes when selling our last home and buying our current home. Wes went above and beyond to ensure the entire selling/buying process went smoothly. He was always available if we had questions, and worked around our schedule when booking homes to look at. He was knowledgable about the area that we were looking to move to which helped us narrow down specific neighborhoods and areas of town we wanted to stick to. The rest of the Trueblood team were also great to work with from prepping our listing to closing on our current home. I would recommend Trueblood to anyone looking to buy or sell!
