My experience with Bridge Homes was nothing short of amazing! Rachel and the team are very informative, knowledgeable, and exercised patience as my family and I underwent a stressful time transitioning from one home to another. On a scale from 1/10 I would give a 12!

I rented with them for two years. When we moved out. They charged us a bunch of unnecessary charges. That’s not the biggest problem though, after getting a bill in less than two weeks they sent it straight to collections! They never even sent a copy of the bill just emailed it. This company will nickel and dime you every month! And charge you for old carpet that was already in the house to be changed out! Do not rent from them!!!

Was a resident for roughly 4 years. To summarize my experience in short, I painted the entire interior of the house before moving out and I was charged a move out fee to paint the interior of the house.
This may not be the fault of Bridge Homes themselves, my guess is it was a dishonest subcontractor that wrote a list of which half of the items I had addressed. After compiling before and after pictures of my move out my intent was to take the company to small claims court, however I was about to move out of country and ultimately decided the $2000 or so that should have been owed to me wasn't worth the hassle given how much I had on my plate at the time.
I made sure to voice my displeasure with whoever I could in the company, both at the local office as well as their headquarters(I believe in North Carolina). The last 6 months or so was an absolute nightmare dealing with the Indy office to include a bunch of mistakes on their part with billing as well as AI driven subcontractors they have to handle some of their billing. They were absolutely worthless and I'd much rather live out of my car than rent from them again.

Move in process was made fairly smooth by all involved. It was quick and straight forward. Rachel has been wonderful at answering when we've had questions.

Really good at getting to us with emergency issues so far, move in process was easy, they have understood some tech issues we have had, so we got ask-free extensions on documents. They do consider the renter a person unlike a lot of companies

My daughter and I were looking to rent a home and had found possible rentals with two other company's. These company's were less than desirable to deal with but from the outset our leasing specialist Rachel was such a breath of fresh air. She was personable, easy to talk to and always replied promptly to our emails and questions. She made the whole experience very pleasant.

I feel very blessed to have met Ms. Rachel, who has done everything within her power to make this a seamless experience. This company takes advantage of the people that rent from them. I rented one of their properties for 3 years. They will take your deposit unless you basically remodel the house. When we moved in the house wasn’t clean by any means. The carpet was stained and the paint on the walls was yellowish white. When we moved out I spend a few days cleaning and I felt as if the house was in the same shape as when I moved in.
My deposit was $1860 and they kept all of my deposit besides $175. They charged me for unreasonable things like light bulbs at premium prices even though several were missing when I moved in. I rented a 4 bedroom and I used 2 of those rooms for storage basically and was hardly in those rooms if at all but they stated that they had to replace all of the carpets in the entire house and hire a professional painter to paint the house. I moved out on June 30th and was charged for 2 extra days when I had already left the key in the lockbox.
We definitely were not expecting the full deposit back but only to be getting less than $200 of $1860 is ridiculous.
We have emailed the property manager last week and have yet to hear anything from them.

Terrible, we had to clean the house when we moved in and when we moved out we cleaned it very well. They took our whole security deposit to repaint the whole house and “deep clean” it. Beware of this company, I’m sure they have some good houses but I feel they took advantage of us on this one. As well as the house only had heating units NO central air. They provided 1 window unit for the whole house. Instead of fixing their homes at their own expense they will make you do it. The house sat for 7 months before we moved in so I’m sure that’s why they took the whole deposit to make it look a little more pleasing. We will be fighting this.

How can you judge all dogs the same. Pitts and pitty's are great animals. You discriminate even if they have some in them. You are losing a whole lot of people who love these dogs. It's a shame your company is so closed minded.
