“It would be impossible to give enough gold stars to this business! Erik and Ryan are very helpful, truly kind, and honest. A few months ago, my daughter had 2 tires with nails in them (and very low treads), they shared options and made recommendations. We were prepared to replace all 4 tires, but were told her other 2 still had plenty of tread left. Ryan offered to teach her how to change a tire. She had another tire with a nail yesterday and they got her in immediately. We were prepared for the possibility of replacing 2 tires. They were able to repair the tire and again told her that those tires have plenty of tread left. In between the tire visits I called to ask about a new battery for my car (cost, when needed). Erik told me to stop by and he’d take a look. I went right over, he tested it, said it was still fine, and told me when I should think about replacing it - no charge for this service. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!”

“Where they lack in technology they makeup in service. They didn’t have the tires I wanted in stock, but Austin called and made suggestions based on factors I was looking for. He was very apologetic for no fault of his own. I received an excellent deal on tires that I’m very happy with, and received lifetime balancing and rotations. I chose this place due to its close proximity to my house, will be easy enough to get rotations for free. Happy I did, will be back for rotations and tires for my other vehicle.”

“I came in here a couple of weeks ago to get a new tire for my lawn mower installed on the wheel after I purchased it at Tractor Supply up the road (the guys there recommended I come to this Firestone for installation). The staffer who greeted me said he could help me right away, put the tire on the wheel, put a new valve stem in, and when I asked what I owed, said I didn't owe anything. Suffice to say, you don't see that often, and it was most appreciated. Will be coming back whenever I need an oil change or new tires.”
