Rooms were suppose to be non-smoking but smelled of cigarette smoke. it was evident others staying here were actively smoking cigarettes and marijuana in their rooms. i killed a roach in my room and others staying received bed bug bites. the curtains in my room were stained and had what appeared to be, dried blood on them. many in our group were compelled to walk to the neighboring Wal-mart to purchase our own bedding (sheets/blankets) to sleep on due to the condition of the room. If you are hunting a cheap place to stay this is it. Comes with critters for company and bites to remember your stay.

Whole place smells like mold. I really can't stress enough how bad it smells! The girl that checked us in actually picked her nose.... really classy! I immediately hand sanitized my driver's license and credit card. They also put a hundred dollar security deposit on each room. The price was right but the smell made me sick.

The rooms was very nice and clean upon arrival. I love the fact that there was a stove and a very large refrigerator and cabinets/small kitchen. No roaches, just ants... I'd rather the ants than the roaches but thay still need to be taking care of i seen it all in the reviews this been a problems with others as well. I also like the fact that they have their own trash can room, that's a great idea. The housekeeping do a wonderful job with keeping the hotel clean every single day. Now, what I dislike is how the manager came to my door banging like he was the police and was a little rude. My kids were in the room, and he was questioning KIDS....IM SO GLAD I WAS NOT IN THAT ROOM AT THE TIME....IT WOULDNT HAVE BEEN PRETTY....BE PROFESSIONAL...Safety: The safety here is great. You don't have to worry about much. Just from my experience at my stay here.

This was a 5 star stay for me. Sue and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy with no problems. Great location close to malls, food, entertainment, and the highway. The weekly rate was great and the place was always clean. Outside tables and courtyard were nice to sit in and look at the beautiful scenery of the adjacent pond. Kitchen had lots of appliances, full fridge, and plenty of towels. Will definitely stay there whenever I visit Fishers.

Place is not up to par.. Mold every in the bathrooms smells like weed & cigarettes & they say 67$ a night then charge you 96$ to 120$ if it's your last resort just sleep in your vehicle... Place needs to be inspected by the city...

Booked for one night stay after a concert since I thought the price was reasonable. However, BUYER BEWARE! When you show up to check in, you have to pay $150.00 deposit. If you pay by cash, you can get a money voucher when you check out, IF your room has been checked by staff and approved. If you pay by card, you are refunded after a few days. To get your room approved to get your deposit back, you have to make sure the kitchenette is clean AND take out your own trash. This is completely ridiculous.

This place charged a $150 deposit but there is no mention of such a charge anywhere on their website or during the booking process. The rooms smelled like cigarettes, the ice machine was filthy and the man working the desk did not know what he was doing. His English was very poor and he kept trying to charge us for different dates than the ones we had reserved.

The most uncomfortable and unstable bed I have ever slept in. The boxspring had plastic legs and a screw fell out when my husband sat on it. The mattress was lumpy and the tiny pillows were terrible. The room was clean and not to much noise. No in room hair dryers, no shampoo and the room set up was just weird. We ended up waking up at 6 a.m. on Sunday and just going home because we didn't sleep well.

Rooms are clean. Service and front desk customer service five star. No breakfast. We stay for a week when we are here and will return.

The only reason this gets 2 stars is because you get what you pay for, the rooms are not clean and some of the rooms smell like cigarettes but it is quiet, the bed is ok and it is in a safe area if you're staying the night and you feel like rolling the dice on getting a room that smells like cigarettes, go for it, but if you are staying longer than one night I recommend you don't stay here

Upon arrival, they said my room was canceled. Once in the room, turned the AC on and I didn’t work. The room had a nasty smell to it as well. Everything is extremely outdated. Decided to check out before the night was even over, as I was checking out there were 7 police cars in the parking lot.Straight up not a good time. Do not recommend.

This place is amazing. Yes, it's not a fancy or luxury hotel, but it's adequate to stay a few nights. Clean, comfortable, and super friendly staff. The atmosphere is amazing as well.
