I compared other insurance and State Farm beat them all. The customer service in the office was great. Lisa was very helpful in writing up the policies. I was in and out of the office as a brand new customer within 2 hours and left with a newly bundled policy. Lisa made it a painless process. BTW, she is an awesome interior decorator! Thanks to her the office is very colorful, warm and welcoming.

This agent isn't horrible he's ok, but state farm is awful they will do anything they can to deny a claim. We have lived in our home for 2 yrs and had several hail storms had our roof inspected and found damage. State farm says damage isn't enough and not from recent storm so they won't pay. They are always happy to take our money but anytime you have a issue they do anything they can to deny payment. Look at all other insurance companies. State farm is no good.

Would be 0stars if I could. 19 years with State Farm and never had such a bad agent and issues with state farm. Would advise anyone to go elsewhere for coverage. Had issues with car damage few years ago, currently dealing with wind damage and State Farm is shorting me on coverage. Called agent and go figure not in office, but one of his people when I asked for help said.... we cant get in middle of claim because that's not our expertise!!!! Arent you supposed to be an advocate for YOUR clients, why do I pay you as agent??? State Farm is turning into a JOKE for coverage. Save yourself and just go elsewhere.
