I’ve always relied on this location, but after hearing Temika is no longer the manager, I won’t go back. She had created a great atmosphere for her workers and clients. This has also led to an exodus of employees. This location likely won’t be open much longer.

I try to go to Megan, who does a good job, and her hair washing experience is the best, but I don't like what they are doing with the new sign-in system. They need to go back to the old way of doing it.

I went in asking for a taper from 3 to 1 bottom to top and a 1/4 inch off the top. She was carelessly cutting on streaks of my hair until I was practically bald. Now I am left with an egg head and about 1 inch left on the top. Never coming back and I suggest others don’t either.

A clean skin fade makes me feel brand new. That's exactly what I got from the talented stylists at this store. The staff is kind, welcoming and great at what they do! You may have to wait, but it's worth it. Some things you just can't put a time limit on. Thanks again for the great haircut, you'll definitely see me again.

I went today with my husband. We checked in and he had a waiting time of 38 minutes and I had around 2 ½ hrs, I did not have any problem waiting that time, I just wanted my husband to be moved to around my waiting time as well so I would not have to come back twice. The lady who works there told me he got that waiting time because he checked in online, I let her know we both checked in store at the same time, but she did not allow me to explain her the situation. It is totally fine if that is not possible, but at least listen first. At the end I just wanted to cancel both so we did not take others timeframe to get the service but that was not possible either. If you are not going to listen to what I say then I do not want my hair to be on your hands! It is sad because I live half a mile away and I planned to be a frequent customer but I will not be back to this location. *Awful* customer service, do not go there.
