After doing lots of research on mattresses we stumbled across sleep outfitters outlet. This is the closest one to me , about 85 miles away. I took some time and called and talked to Sean. He was knowledgeable and answered what questions I had. We came up here about a week or so later and Sean was working. We immediately felt welcome and we were able to try the options we looked at. He knows his stuff and we were able to narrow it down to two different beds. We went for lunch at a local spot he recommended (delicious). We came back amd were able to seamlessly finalize our purchase. The savings from retail is worth the drive and the time and the research and having Sean help us navigate the purchase was the icing on the cake . Thank you, Sean!

We stopped into sleep outfitters outlet and we were helped immediately! What was going to be an all day outing to find a new mattress was handled quickly.Sean showed us our options in our price point. He left us alone to chat and try mattresses without trying to pressure us or follow us around.We will definitely come back next time we need a mattress.

We have been shopping for a mattress for several months at all the name brand stores and happened upon Sleep Outfitters on 96th street. Our experience with Sean Fitzgerald was OUTSTANDING! His knowledge of all the different mattresses and his excellent customer service won us over, and we are excited to use our new bed! From sales with DeAngelo to delivery with Paul and Sam was so professional. DeAngelo has so much knowledge of the products that he sales. Delivery men Paul and Sam offered to wear shoe covers, set up and clean up was fast, and explaining how product works. with this level of service I will recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors.
