“Had previously rented a unit with StorageMart but changed to a different company when my rate jumped multiple times. Came back to StorageMart when the same thing happened with the other company, using the introductory rate offer. The folks at StorageMart were very pleasant to work with so from that perspective, a 5 star. The 4 star rating is because I had to change in the first place, though I realize that's the way the storage industry works no matter where you go.”
