Went there today at 2:30ish to get my free hoosier lottery tickets and $8 I won. Knowing what they were because I scanned the on the lottery app before. And all I walked out with was my free tickets. The cashier must have kept my $8 winner. He was new to the store, the first time I saw him. He said no winner and handed me my free tickets and said good luck. Won't buy anymore from this store. My ticket was multiple drawings, and yes, it was a winner for $8. Hope he enjoys his $8..

Asked the older gentleman with glasses who was stocking the cooler if I could squeeze by him and grab a Gatorade. He proceeded to curse me out under his breathe.....excuse me?????

Your kitchen hours definitely say til 3pm. There was definitely an employee in said kitchen at 2pm who was working. Instead of taking the order in the open kitchen, you tell the one customer in store that the kitchen is closed.

For the past year or more, you could almost never get a receipt from the gas pumps - always had to see the clerk, often waiting in a long line. Now they're finally getting new machines, and they declined all of my cards. Not a functional gas station at all.

Sign on door said you have to wear a mask to enter. BUT upon entering noticed immediately the EMPLOYEES are not all wearing masks. It would be nice if they followed the same rules as guest.

Stopped in to grab a drink. Notice on door says Masks required. Clearly the rules for customers do not apply to staff. Cashier (who was more interested in playing on her phone them helping) was not wearing a mask. Shouldn't staff be required to wear masks at work? I was there 1/23/21 at 6:15pm. Thanks for caring about your customers....{sarcasm}

Usually a well stocked shop. Lately the window washing basins (next to gas pumps) have been empty. Please keep them replenished, especially during winter! Thank you.

Sign on restroom door says "Cleanest bathroom possible" when in fact is was one of the dirtiest bathrooms I've ever seen. I felt I was less likely to get covid by NOT washing my hands in that nasty sink. When I approached the counter to pay for my items I felt like I was inconveniencing the clerk. He was leaning on the counter and only stood up because I needed cigarettes so he had to turn around and get them. I expect better from Get Go. Especially in fishers!

DISGUSTING!!! I thought I'd treat myself on this Friday morning on my way to work, but I thought wrong. Went to take a bite of the bacon egg and cheese bagel but luckily saw a hair embedded into the sandwich first. I went back and was refunded my money . But not only am I late to work now, but I also don't have breakfast!!

This is my go to gas station. They always keep it clean as possible and the staff are always cool, courteous, nice. Almost every employee here knows me because I come here more than any other gas station for above said reasons.
