2 plus months, 4 visits and I still don't have my glasses. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going. Nothing has gotten better. Now bring told an optometrist needs to call me. At this point I just want a refund and I will go to Costco.

This is an awful place. The staff is rude, inconsiderate and provides no customer service. I would highly recommend using another provider. I had been a patient for over 10 years but no longer.

I have been coming here for years always at the same location. The last year or so has been worse and worse. I scheduled an appointment, got there before my time but somehow they scheduled it for a different location that I have never been to!! Extremely frustrating as I need contacts for sports but they would not let me purchase more than a week or two worth. Will be finding a new eye care.

I was charged hundreds $$ for glasses I couldn't see with. I needed surgery and the OD didn't know the symptoms. Won't ever go back.

I have been coming to this office for 20 years, but it has gone significantly downhill in the last year or so. I had to reschedule an appointment 3 times due to a family member’s extended stay in the hospital. I was told since I rescheduled 3 times I would be a walk in only because of this. Last year I was there, they were 45 min late. I tried to schedule an appointment several times online and had it cancelled without explanation when they knew their online scheduling wasn’t working. I asked if I could receive just one pair of contacts since their scheduling has had ridiculous wait times. I got an immediate no without even asking anyone although this office had been accommodating to me in the past. I am very disappointed to have to find a new eye care provider, but I am not going to tolerate this awful practice anymore. The management should be disgraced for how bad it has become.

I have brought my children here for years to be fitted properly for their glasses but the last year+ has been a nightmare. The current opticians seem lazy and generally rude. I’ll be searching for a new place to get my kids’ glasses!

Most thorough eye exam I have ever had, however I have been waiting for my eyeglasses since April (now mid-July) and I still don't have them. The only explanation I get is "its been really crazy around here" and implied staffing problems. I'm not getting the promised phone calls with status updates either. Great doctor - the rest could use a lot of work.

I waited over an hour and a half only to be told they would call tomorrow with the final price of the glasse.after they pulled my insurance. They called a week later and said they pulled the insurance and I was all set. They never once told me the price of the glasses I was paying for so how could I be all set. That was the whole purpose of them calling me in the first place to let me know the price how can you ring someone up without even letting them know what they are being charged

My family and I have gone to Progressive for about 3-4 years. Not anymore. While the doctor was very nice and I liked him, the office staff is beyond incompetent. From not returning multiple calls, to ignoring me while on a personal call until another employee put a Post It note in front of her to help me(I’m guessing), to poor fitting glasses, this has been a horrible experience. We finally were able to return the glasses(without paying the restocking fee due to their mistake), but it took almost two months to get this resolved. If you don’t value your time and want to be ignored, this is the place for you. On the other hand, if you want a good overall experience, you’ll definitely want to go somewhere else. I know my family will.

Hello,My family have been going to this place for more than 5 years now. I realized I ran out of my contact lenses and called to place an order. I was told I was actually due to my next appointment. I scheduled an appt for me and my daughter for the following week but I asked If I could get a trial pair of contact lenses to use until my appt. I was told I would have to pay $8 for “ handling fees”. Are you serious? To pay money to a business for the person having the effort to open a cabinet and hand a pair of TRIAL lenses? I will not support a business that prioritize money ($8 bucks) over a patient. Seriously!!! Have you learned about treating well your patients and keep them loyal to you business? This is called marketing!!! What a greedy place. Shame on you!!! You just lost my family business who has always ordered lenses, purchased glasses for years over $8 bucks of a free product you receive to provide to your patients!!! I also brought one family of 5 to your business. I will make sure to share this experience with them!!! I will not support a business with this mentality! Maira Gimenes!

Was a long term patient of Dr. Lopez, but as some corporate entity has taken over, things have slid sideways substantially. Tried to rectify an issue with what turned out to be a mis-measured prescription with very little satisfaction and substantial runaround. We tried a LOT to allow them to correct the issue to no avail. Necessitated going to a new eye doctor, who couldn't reason how Progressive could have been so wrong on measuring my prescription. Needless to say, with my new, accurate prescription in hand and a new set of lenses made, the error and fault is now clear. My family and I will not be going back to the corporate run version of Progressive Eye Care. Sorry Dr. Lopez. I'm sure it hurts you to see the business you built go in the toilet.

If I could give Dr Turner a Zero star I would. Considering that I have been a Loyal Patient/Customer for Years!!! He has display unethical leadership and discrimination, due to myself canceling due to Covid and having an unexpected death in family that I had to immediately deal with.

Today was our first visit as new patients. Great service, loved the selection of eye wear. Dr. Imler was thorough with both our teen boys. They said it was a great experience and the staff and doctor were friendly and kind. I highly recommend Progressive Eye wear.

Made appointment online, received confirmation, went to appointment and never heard of me! Manager said they been having problems!!!!!!!!! I am done!
