If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible!!!!!!! Asked for a refund and they ended up actually charging my card twice. They knew what they were doing! Waste of time and money!

Absolutely awful. None of their workers cared about what they were doing and left the interior of my car very dirty looking untouched. Waste of my time.

I have grown to love Prime Carwash, but one thing that EVERYONE needs to be aware of is that sign at the entrance that states they are not responsible for damage to aftermarket equipment. What they don't say is they are not responsible for anything. We brought in my brothers 2 day old 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. He bought it on May 10th directly from the dealership with no damage. On May 11th, we brought it to Prime in Fishers and after leaving the carwash we noticed that the rims were stained by some chemical that was sprayed on it from the wash. We filed a claim with the carwash, and all they said was that it wasn't their fault. They have nothing that would stain the rims. We took it to a rim repair shop. As soon as they looked at them, they stated that it was sprayed with something that had an acid base in it. Please make sure you have pictures of what your vehicle looked like before your go through, or just don't go at all. Very, Very poor customer service !!!

I think it's time to give up the towel drive service. It's never consistent. Some days you have employees who care, stay off their phones and do a good job, dry and tire share like members expect.But most days we get the lazy employees who are annoyed we are there and have to get off their phones.Barely dry the car (definitely not the back) and don't apply tire shine to the brush before applying to the tires to get us out there as quick as possible. 90% of the time my back glass is never dried, 1/2 my windshield and never, ever the back of the car is dried. Which should be the first thing they focus on since most car washes miss the back of most cars. + added value for Prime.I've been a member for 4 years... never complain.It's getting worse and worse. As you lay out your business model for 2025, towel dry should not be in the value proposition section, it's not because prime is awful, it's because good help is hard to find and keep.

They charged me 40 bucks.. didn’t clean my rims.. car wasn’t wiped down on the inside.. didn’t clean the trunk lid.. I had to clean spots in the front end of the car… won’t ever go back and they wanted to charge 68 dollars to hand wash my car…

Nice car wash, I DO NOT LIKE THE KIDS HAND DRYING MY CAR WITH DIRTY RAGS. I got swirl marks on my previously immaculate paint. Also, both my mirrors were moved severely from the hand driers. Prefer new towels every time and pay attention to the mirrors. The gears can get stripped from forced movement. Im being critical, but otherwise, the car was very clean, staff was nice, i think the pricing was reasonable for the "unlimitted" option. Unfortunately, i dont know if ill continue or try Crew instead. My next couple visits will dictate.

I had gotten an interior clean and when I was driving that night, I noticed how poorly my windows were cleaned. Super cloudy and unable to see. They did a poor job vacuuming as well as crumbs were left on the ground still. Also the screen on my car radio had water spots on it.

I am extremely disappointed with Prime Car Wash's service. During my recent visit, their negligence resulted in significant damage to my 2024 Honda CRV. The car wash forcefully pulled my driver's side mirror, causing it to detach and damaging the cover plate. Despite their clear mishandling, Prime Car Wash adamantly refuses to take responsibility for the repairs. Their excuse? A sign outside supposedly instructing customers to fold in their mirrors – a feeble attempt to shift blame onto the customer.This lack of accountability is utterly unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and care for my vehicle. I will not be returning to Prime Car Wash, and I strongly advise others to steer clear if they value the condition of their automobiles. This experience has left me thoroughly disillusioned with Prime Car Wash's disregard for customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.

Horrible service had scheduled a 2:00 pm for the complete service which they billed my credit card 199.00 prior to service two days later. My vehicle sat in the lot until 2:55 pm at which time I had to go and ask when my car would be started and 3 of the many associates walking around aimlessly and or dumbfounded. The one associate replied, "we were just getting ready to bring your car in which car is it??? Really so if you were getting ready to bring it in you tell me which car it is!! After 1 hour was brought to my car only to find all my personal belongings sitting on a shelf and had to ask for my belongings, car was not waxed since I had dried dirt on the hatch door under latch. The entire car had water spots so if it was waxed should not of had spots. Windows were all smeared, streaked, and looked worse than when brought in. STAY CLEAR WORTHLESS COMPANY AND THEIVES!
