3 stars for having only 1 ATM. I removed the other two stars because some big thinker decided to get remove of the the ATM inside. I laugh at seeing stuff like this because some jackass is wasting his time and company money just to justify his job. Remove, wait, add, wait, remove... etc. Soon the app will remove finger prints, why? Failed economic ideologies? Probably.. No one knows!! Lol

Leslie set up a new account for me. She was very informative and friendly. The branch was clean, tidy, and orderly. Leslie was available for my appointment time. It was a great experience

My favorite location is the branch on Shadeland, just south of 10th Street. Steve, Lorraine, and several others are very good people who really care about you and your needs as a member in their business family.

It's 7/27/19, I have a closing today and needed a cashiers check. Got to PNC right at 12 and door was already locked with customers inside. A lady acknowledged me as she let a customer out the door. I ask if they could make an exception because I have a closing. She asked manager on duty at 96th st location. Of course they told me they could not help me. Good thing my wife has a chase account and are open tell 2pm right by PNC on 96th st. I could of gotten there a min earlier, but were is the customer service. Seems like chase better fits my needs. I have been with National city in the 90's and stay with PNC when It switched.

I needed American Express travelers checks cashed. PNC is one of the only banks in the US that would do this. They were made out to a company, and not my name...I know that I was able to have them cashed though because I previously did this at the PNC bank on Binford. The teller here told me he couldn't - I told him to call a number I had or look up in the system to see that in fact I could as I did it the previous day. He said no to which I replied so I'm going to have to waste my time and drive to the branch on binford which he replied and said yes. Don't visit this branch terrible customer service. The bank of Binford was extremely accommodating!

The been banking here for years and the staff is great and seems to not turnover like some other locations which is very nice. They are all very helpful and seem happy to assist with whatever you need.

I joined PNC almost 10 years ago when they were National City Bank. They've always had convenient locations around the city and Saturday hours. I really enjoyed their ATMs when they were located in CVSand used them all the time. Over the years, I've had several incidents that required additional assistance with activity on my account and was provided sincere top notch service. I appreciate the way they make me feel like a valued customer each time I'm there. I recently had my wallet stolen and used their online chat to discover that my debit card could not only be canceled online, but that I could go to the branch a block from my office and have a replacement made the same day! With all the inconvenience and hassle I'd endured, it was great to finally get a break. I was so grateful to be able to access my funds right away when all of my other cards would take 7-10 days to arrive. Now that's how to deliver A1 Customer Service and get 5 stars from me. Thanks PNC!
