The website claims to offer notary services so I called to confirm and the teller confirmed they do. I drove to the branch and was told they don't provide notary services for anything related to mortgages. Pretty ironic. It was a one page declaration that I'm a first time homeowner. No one mentioned this when I called to ask and it's nowhere on their website.

They are nice and friendly but the only thing make me not feel comfortable is that I always was told to unfold the cash before I deposit which is the easy way for me to count how much I have to deposit, come on, we dont have the cash counter machine like you guy does. Most of PNC brand that I go to never ask me like that except this one.

Have always had great experiences with PNC. The employees are polite and take their job seriously. Out of the other banks I have used nothing comes close to being as good as these people!!

I called and told specifically what I needed. Made an appointment at 2:15 pm. I came to 2:15 pm appointment and being told that the only person who can provide the service is meeting with a customer... I am wasting my time for about 35min.

Tough to call it customer service, when they haven't successfully helped me yet. They are good at charging fees, almost like it impacts their bonuses. Looking for a new bank.

I was turned away with 2 pieces of ID and my check by Rita. According to her and I quote “A manager needs to be in the branch to authorize a $2,500 check that was printed by a company that banks with PNC and located 10 mins away during business hours. She took my check in the drive thru with all of the necessary identification, told me that I need to come in to cash it but met me at the door with this random policy. Discrimination and profiling!!

One of the daily worker is very nosy asking personal financial questions. She is unprofessional that she pulled our phone number from record and called to ask about a job for her husband. The other lady is very controlling that she refused to cash a big check asking me why I wanted to cash it for! Treated me like I was under age and that was her money!! I was at the branch 10 am asking to speak with someone about a wrongful bank transaction which costed me over $500 and she said no one has time to help me at time and to take an appointment in 3 days! I really think many times before going to this specific branch even though I am a long time customer. Overall I have been experiencing lots of mistakes, arrogance, unauthorized account changes, poor 1800 customer service. Unless I get to management my issues never resolved nor I treated well. Thinking seriously about taking my business to another bank.
