It's only half bank and half of that is closed off and drive through is not open either. Waste of brick and mortar. Just go to cvs ATM, same service.

Worst banking experience. No longer have tellers at this location. The only way you can do business is by ATM. And many times the ATM is down or you can't make a cash deposit. What's the point of having a branch.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. Standing 4 deep in line while one person stands in the lobby doing absolutely nothing is ridiculous! I have things to do and you as a bank are putting us more at risk by making us wait in line. The longer I’m here the more chance I will be here when/if you get robbed.

We have been with PNC for years now. Decided we wanted to open another account. Went into the Brooks School Road location this morning and after standing in the lobby and using the QR code posted in the lobby to check in for this, Manu very nonchalantly let us know that we needed an appointment yet they had taken a walk in just prior to us. We pointed out the sign (that mentions to check in and then prompts rather you have an appointment or not. It allowed us to check in and advised someone would be with us shortly), but she cared not as they are “too busy” to move it (the sign). She claimed to be the supervisor but found it funny that we were upset about the facts of the matter. Personally have never experienced such lackluster customer service in this particular field of business. You never know who you are helping so you should always be kind and respectful. Very arrogant and flat out RUDE. Not sure how she could supervise with her mannerisms. But, look at the branch’s rating. I did for the first time and it made the experience make sense. We will definitely be moving our business this week instead.

Worst bank in the city. I can’t even begin to explain what they’ve done to me the past two weeks but I highly recommend that anyone considering this bank takes their money somewhere else. Thanks for the worst three year banking experience anyone could ask for!

Never answers the phone. No music or updates then the call just drops after 10 minutes.

Be prepared to sit on hold 7-10 minutes until the phone is answered. Have dealt with this problem over 10 times in last 18 months and they say something must be wrong with the phone systems. More like the way they filter out calls because they don't value customer service! Switching over to a smaller bank for better service will be my next move. Bye ?

I find it almost nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in this branch! I go through all the steps it prompts me to do to get to a branch representative, then it just becomes dead air. At first I just thought there was no hold music. But after a few attempts and wanting for a rep for OVER 40 minutes. I realize it seems to be something in the transfer system because when I call other branches where I usually get dead air, it rings! So I hope someone can fix how this system works or my company may need to find other alternatives for our financial needs!

I love most of the dealing with this bank. Warren is amazing, always super friendly and helpful. The mortgage department is the worst. I don't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Today I went to the drive thru window to deposit a check. The check had been signed over to me from a family member at the same address and the same last name. The older man working the window said hi and asked me if I were heading home. I said yes. He told me that it sounded like I wasn't telling the truth. I told him that I had made a special trip there to deposit that check and that I was indeed heading home. I didn't really think much more about it (even though he was basically calling me a liar for no reason) until he came back and told me that he wouldn't deposit the check into my account because the person whom the check was made out to wasn't there w/ identification. I've had my same banking accounts for twenty years w/ National City and now PNC and have deposited many checks this way with no issues. Once I went inside and spoke with someone else, the check was deposited. The person that helped me was friendly as are most all of the people that I usually deal with there.
