It's ok. They are filled to the brim with stuff, so you're not going to get great prices when selling, but they probably have what you want if you're looking to buy.

Came in this Sunday to sell items. Unloaded, stood in line and when finally greeted by employee, he denied looking at my items. Stated they stop buying 30 mins before they close. I was not able to find such info on their website or I wouldn't have wasted my time. I came to purchase baseball and soccer items. Thought trading out my gentle used items for theirs was how this establishment worked. It may have something to do with high-school kids running the shop. Very disappointed

We've always had a great experience at PIAS in Fishers! The store is clean and organized and we have purchased items for our kids at great prices. The employees are helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend if you need to purchase used/new sports equipment for your family!

I thought I was crazy but I saw a review that was similar to my experience today. I was treated poorly at the Fishers and Carmel stores today and race seemed to play a major role. In Fishers, the owner was startled when she saw me. She literally jumped. She then asked me what my purpose was, it was odd. And the Carmel location I was spoken to like I was an idiot with low ball offers. The young people in each store were pleasant. It was the managers/owners that seemed to have bias/fear/arrogance. It was so disappointing. It’s 2024, do better.

What an amazing store for athletes and families. There’s a huge selection of new and used equipment. It’s perfect for families with kids in sports to be able to sell equipment that doesn’t fit or isn’t used anymore for new/used equipment.
