would rate it zero if could, they went through my bag and only purchased a cheap shirt from temu. they gave back new polo pants with the tag on it, new hollister jeans, etc.

I've been to this location of Plato's Closet many times since the beginning of the year. Each time I am even more dissatisfied with the service, overall friendliness and how my items being sold with tags are not selected due to the attitude from staff towards me. Won't be going back and my 3 friends won't be either.

the experience here is great, just wish the music wasn't so loud and from the early 2010s.
