7236 Fishers Crossing Dr, FishersThis is my favorite pet supplies store! When I lived in Fishers, Indiana, I frequented this location. I’ve moved to Florida 2 years ago but whenever I’m in town, I always come to this store.
I was actually at this store the week of Thanksgiving and I brought my dog in for a wash. I had recently purchased a discount card but I left it in FL and didn’t have it with me. I asked the Manager that was at the register if she’d be able to pull up my card in the system but she advised me that unfortunately, I had to have the physical card with me. I figured this was the case and was going to purchase a bath anyway but she went ahead and used a bath from my discount card and just asked me to make sure I crossed it off. This doesn’t seem like a big deal to some but it was a big deal to me because my dog really needed a wash, he has skin issues and will scratch and lick himself raw so I have to bathe him frequently. So thank you because I know you didn’t have to do this. I crossed it off :)

I checked out and the salesperson carried the dog food out and placed it in my car. They are always friendly and helpful.

Every time I come in they give me a wealth of knowledge and advice. The pricing is comparable to other places - but their product/ingredient quality and customer service really is what sets this store apart and keeps me coming back. I almost always learn something new and helpful to take better care of my dogs.

When he first started out he was a little feisty fella and I was worried he’d be a problem for the groomers. However, he and Mallory bond very well. She was so patient with him and also made me feel more than comfortable leaving him in her care. I knew that she’d love him and be considerate of him while providing grooming services. Mallory has such a free spirited sweet soul and I couldn’t have asked for a better groomer for my baby. The salon is very well kept. It’s always clean and the groomers provide a warm welcoming atmosphere EVERY visit. They update you in ample time when your puppy’s services are almost complete so you can return in a timely manner. Appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours in advance and they are pretty good about responding back to voicemails! The company also allows booking in advance up to a year and has a link with all of your puppy’s appointments. They have calming treats ($10/treat) to help animals get acclimated to services but they always request permission from the owner first. I don’t have any complaints when it comes to this company. The owner Lisa is such a sweetheart and a groomer as well and you can tell she truly has a passion for what she does! If I missed anything just ask me a question and I’ll surely have an answer for you!

Lola, who has passed, a couple years ago was turned down for grooming by a couple groomers in the Fishers area(won't mention names), because Lola was incapable of being "boosted onto the groomers' table".
Well, Isabelle & Andy said, "We will make Lola feel as comfortable as we can!"
Lola lived to the grand age of a large dog to 15 years 6 months plus! Isabelle and Andy were so sweet to Lola to her last few weeks!

Often the person bringing her out wasn't with her during the day and has nothing to share and the pictures they post are always of the same dogs in multiple shots. I mostly ru on my dog's excited reaction when I tell her where we are going and the look she gives when she recognizes the drive to it.

Bruce and his course saved us. Bruce has a class every week which he thoroughly explains expectations and give you the guidance you need as handlers to successfully train your dogs with great exercises. it’s crazy to look at those pictures of my puppy (Hoosier) staying with all those other puppies surrounding him and compare him to when i first adopted him! Highly recommend this service.

Granted I was there on a Monday night, but great breweries often have a nice dull roar of happy talkative patrons. Prices were a little higher than I expected as well. All in all I would go back, but might opt for another day of the week in hopes of livelier environment.

Great atmosphere outdoors for meetings and discussions. Indoors the new chairs and metal fixtures create an echo sound that is jarring in ambiance. Staff shift change sub-par. :( Not up to food service cleanliness code standards.
The supervisor was very friendly and volunteered her expertise and ownership in the company, but she did not have the secret shopper skills to impress me for a rave rating. She seemed happy in her position, but she did not have knowledge mastery training in the Coffee Master skills program that were previously required for supervisory roles of all staff members. As a former employee trainer this made me wonder why the prices have increased exponentially.
The menu board was difficult to read, and the staff did not offer what their recommendations were for a great selection to try that they personally recommend that was worth the value and quality.
There’s definitely room for improvement to return to what the brand once was! I was disappointed overall compared to fifteen years ago when I last visited this location.
I suggest the corporate oversight committee take the time and ownership responsibility to consider contacting former employees in the records management network to consult with them regarding brand management and improvements. Huge opportunity has nearly been ruined across the corporate governance. Will they bankrupt? Yes. Disappointing overall, especially to long time patrons and supporters!
