Called to get a quote, and it was much cheaper than the competitors. Before I could book an appointment, they called me back with an even lower quote. I arrived at my appointment, and the had ordered the wrong part, but mistakes happen and they rescheduled me at my convenience. Went to the new appointment, was in & out in about 40 minutes. My cost was even LOWER than the lowest quote! Would highly recommend!

Outstanding service and communication. Tech thoroughly informed me on what to expect because of rusted areas around the window frame of the car. Price was another factor. I saved at least $100.00 with Auto Glass Now beating other competitor prices.

I went to this location in January to have our windshield fixed. I had called and had wanted to go to the 38th st location but they had a pipe burst and they were closed during repairs. I went to this location instead. Took them longer than estimated which isn't a big deal. I went home and didn't drive the van for two days, got in it that following making and it has rained all night and water was coming the lock the top of the windshield. Dripping water! I went in that day after school drop offs. They fixed the windshield but didn't have a solution to the water damage or moisture. Took it home, the next morning, I get in the van and water is dripping inside! It was in fact not fixed. I called and they said they'd have to have me wait a few days to remove the glue. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else. They said they'd take $50 off. I asked about the 38th st location and they let me go there. Went there and got a repair no problem and it's been fine. I called this location to ask about the damage. They sent out little container that should help absorb moisture. I've had that in there for weeks. They said they'd send someone out to clean that headboard. I called back and said I don't want anyone from there based on this current situation. They said to call and get detailing quotes. I've never had any vehicle detailed. I called and got verbal quotes and I let Auto Glass Now. They said they needed the quotes emailed so they could forward to the manager. So I emailed basically this review with the detail quotes. I got a call today from a different manager saying they'll have to have someone come out and see the damage (which is fine and I get but they've already seen it since they "fixed" it). I feel like it's been one hoop after another and it's still not finished. I'll update if this issue ever is resolved. I have never left a negative review. Positive: during my total of 5.5 hours waiting to have the window fixed I had my 2 and 4 year old. Their front office staff person was so kind with them and even played with them. Five stars for her. I do recommend the same company on 38th st.

Honest and professional. I needed to get a back window replaced and we thought we needed a couple extra parts to get the window to stay up, they were able to replace a couple stripped bolts on those parts and saved me $700. They could have easily just replaced the already ordered parts but instead refunded that part of the cost to me. Really appreciate them and will be going back for future needs.
