I needed to take a second to thank the staff at Parkside. I have a panic disorder and I brought my Emotional Support Animal in due to some breathing issues.
Unfortunately, I had a panic attack right there in the office and almost collapsed, but the staff was able to accommodate me and ground me long enough to get my cat, Gandalf, taken care of. They had me in and out in less than 30 mins. Given my panic attack, pets diagnosis, treatment and all! Best part is, he's in fantastic health today! His wheezing has completely stopped.
Personally, I wanted to thank Jessica for her kindness and quick response to my own health situation while my ESA was being treated. She was professional and courteous and made sure I was comfortable and collected so she could further help my cat. That's above and beyond customer service and you should have gone home feeling like a superhero, as you should every day. Thank you for your kindness and patience. I get to have another day with my ESA because of the Vets and Technicians at Parkside.

Parkside Animal Hospital have been compassionate, speedy, and professional towards their level of care for Jimi and Kimi. I have been taking them here since moving to Fishers and they have been so kind, always. They have made the transition of taking my furry family to Korea painless and have been very informative and helpful. If I am ever in Fishers again, we will see you soon! Thank you Dr. Hoffmeyer and Adriane ❤️

We have been here for almost 2 years and I love all vet and technicians here. They are very informative and helpful. I love all doctors I met here especially Dr.Craig, Dr. Hoffmeyer and Dr.Huston. I highly recommend this place!

We've been taking our dogs here for about 15 years and we've never been unhappy with the service. The staff is always friendly and genuinely seems to care; as long as we live in the area we'll continue to bring our furry family members here.

Parkside has exceeded all of our expectations for veterinary care! We recently moved to the area and they have been so accommodating and helping our pup transition during our move. The staff and doctors are all amazing. Cannot recommend them enough

Thursday my small Morkie got stung by a hornet. I called and they told me to send pix. I did. They called back to have me bring her in. By this point she was covered in hives and was clearly in pain and discomfort. My husband dropped her off. They gave her a shot of Benadryl/steroid. When they called they said it was probably just skin irritation. So I asked about the sting on her leg (pretty giant hole in her leg). The vet told me she was unaware of any sting. I told her I even emailed pix. She said she’d look at it but that I could pick my dog up after 2p. My husband went to pick her up and they wouldn’t tell him anything. Just handed him the dog. He asked about the sting and the vet (acting like she was afraid of this man holding a 15lb pup) told him she didn’t see any such thing and that the hives were more of a pressing concern but they are gone so the dog is fine. Since we got her home she’s had diarrhea, increased thirst, excessive panting, and she’s hot to the touch. This is the 3 emergency we’ve had with our little one and this clinic has been the absolute worst each time. I won’t take my baby back to such a reckless, uncaring place.

We have been going here since 2018. First to Dr. Butler and now with Dr. Steele. They do a fabulous job with our Muffins and I couldn’t recommend Dr. Steele and all of the techs she works with enough.

this particular pet grooming establishment has really went downhill. I have three years experience with this groomer and the associated veterinarian clinic. We opted a few years ago to get a different vet because we thought our concerns weren't being addressed, but we continue to use the grooming because there was a great groomer there and their service was awesome, I will not be using them for any service any longer. this morning. I took my pet in to be groomed told them that he was due for shots and had a veterinary appointment right after the grooming appointment my dog is one day overdue they went ahead and took my dog called me one hour later and tried to push shots on me and told me I had to pay for them, I of course, refused and picked up my dog. I was told he was bathed, but all signs say that that's a lie, and I was treated very rudely by the receptionist Katie I would highly recommend that you seek out different groomers. above all, There's no reason for someone to be rude. Katie, you don't belong as a customer facing employee you have no customer service skills
