Love my nails! I called and scheduled my appointment and was able to walk in and be seated immediately to start my manicure. Stylist was patient and listened to my design request and executed it perfectly. Will be back for Nancy!

I have been coming to Olio Nail for several years. Over the past year I have noticed a change in service and the staff's attitude, particularly the staff's interactions with me and others alike vs. white individuals. My young niece also took notice too to the difference in treatment. Today, however, was the worst. I went in for my normal bi-weekly fill. I usually go to Tina because she's been great with doing my nails. Tina had an appointment, so I went to another lady who had last did my nails and did a great job with painting the French style I like. She proceeded to drill-file the old gel polish off my nails and asked if I would like a cut down. I said no. Then she asked if I wanted a new set because I had a very small chip on the side of one nail that could easily be filled with acrylic. I said no because my nail set was not lifting, I was pressed for time and didn't want to soak off the current set, I had just gotten a new set about 3 or 4 weeks ago and didn't want to pay the extra cost for a completely new set. I asked her to just have a fill today, and maybe next time I will consider a new set. The nail tech became angry and demanded I get a new set. She called over another lady and they chatted about my nails. I again said, my nails are not lifting and really don't need a new set, I will just get a fill today. The nail tech then said very rudely, "well I won't do your nails" and pushed my hands away. She then said, "You can wait for Tina and maybe she can do nails for you, but I can't do it." I asked is it that you can't do them, or you won't do them because I do not want a new set? She then told me to go to one of the male tech's which I told her I didn't want to because they cannot do the painted French tip like I like it done (I knew this from a prior experience). They chatted among each other, and then I said forget it, and walked out. I went across the way to the Walgreens plaza to another nail salon and got my nails done with a fill-in the nail tech at Polish Nail salon said I did NOT need a new set, and they treated me with great service and I was in and out in about 35 minutes. Tina from Olio Nail did later call me to apologize for her staff and asked that I come back and get my nails done by her, but I did not. Unfortunately, Olio Nail has lost a long-time customer. Done!
Requested style: Fill-in with Gel polish, deep
Angled French tip

Scheduled an appointment, walked in 5 minutes early, and was helped right away. My nail tech was very friendly and we had a good conversation.
The overall vibe of the place was bright and clean. Look in the coupon mailer for 20% off your service.

I've had a couple decent experiences here, but the lady KEPT getting on her phone and talking to people and seemed more worried about her AirPods than how she was making my hands bleed. its been 24 hours and my fingers are still red, inflamed, and were bleeding after how harsh she was. I won't be going back.

This is the only place I will go!! When I first moved here I tried, 6 places (not kidding) before I tried Olio Nail Spa, and I haven’t gone anywhere else since!! That was about 2 years ago now! Tina is my girl and she has recreated every set of nails I’ve shown her and always knows how to make me smile! Thanks for the great nails ??

I asked for dipped nails, but I think I received acrylics. They were painted on instead of dipped. It was a new guy for me and I didn’t know where he was going. He did use the dip powder so there was no painting on top of the acrylic.
It was also the shortest “manicure and pedicure” that I have ever had. No massage at all. I was very dissatisfied and will most likely never go back.
He also “burned “ my fingers removing my old set.

Horrible place .. dirty and they just rush through the service.. I had a male manicurist, and he was making sighs because he had to take off my glitter, nail polish like it was too hard for him he clipped my cuticle, barely, gave me a foot massage brush to the whole thing. When I went in there, I can see dust and collected in the corners in the bathroom was horrible. I will never ever go back there.

I've been going every 2-3 weeks the last six months for my nails and one pedicure a month. I really have liked being able to walk in and always get serviced. Each person I've had has been good. I highly recommend
