I went in for estate papers to be notarized and the professional work and packet that Mitch prepared (gathering my numerous papers, keeping them all straight) was greatly appreciated. I have always had great, helpful service. Love the no fees for checking account paper statements.

These guys are literally the best out there. They are experienced, competent, professional and compassionate. I intentionally always walk in to the bank because my bankers actually really care about me as a person. They handle both my business and personal accounts with equal ease and efficiency. You really can't do any better!

The staff and service at ONB have been wonderful. I have been a customer for 2 years and they are always ready and able to help with whatever I have needed.

After months of extremely bad customers service, having employees constantly say that "I can't do that, but so and so can.... but she is gone/busy/away/sleeping/dead...", and 'bank policy' change depending on the person working, I closed all of my accounts. Just stay away, they are a mess.

If you like a customer centric bank this is not the place to open your account
