I reached out to this office to handle years that needed to be done and had a consultation with a rep who advised my case was easy and if I paid the $2500 up front the remaining would be returned, I filled out forms required, out my poa, turned over the documents they asked me to fill out and uploaded the paperwork they asked. After months of getting the run around that they waited until electronic filing was closed for only 2 years that were easy (their words)after 7 months the owner Nina says she is going to send me the years to send in to the irs ( how are you charging me and telling me to send the years in question)does years I never asked her to do, refuses to meet to go over how she was charging me another 4k, tells me every time I checked on the status of my case they were charging me, without communicating with me any discrepencies or updates or changes in price, says it was the irs having issus when they never communicated this the entire 7 months, refuses to meet with me when I ask to discuss how this all happened as I was checking on the status as the months went along, refuses to turn in the years I paid for,and says they had other overseas clients they gave attention to. I have no communication that they needed anything from me as we went along None. In fact I confirmed this with her staff members who claimed they were just waiting for the owner Nina. Nothing could express how unprofessional and how much I regret reaching out to this firm. Big money grab place full of blame and excuses with no ethical compass in sight.All I wanted was what I paid for and what I was told. They had every excuse.

Excellent, fast, very professional service by Nina and her assistant Jennifer! I got a detailed list of required documents, and a very clear explanation. All of my individual circumstances were taken care of. The service is high value for money, in the average price range, superb quality! Highly recommend!

Services provided by Nina were overpriced & time consuming. Lost months working with these people. I sent RFQ in Oct 2020 for three years of tax business & my returns didn't get completed until mid April 2021. At this point I decided to take my business elsewhere because I needed the money urgently for family matters. I went to H&R block and they offered to beat her pricing, met with me in person the next day after having phone discussion, & got the same work completed Nina quoted me done in ONE DAY.
Initially my communications explaining the details related to my tax situation were with Nina exclusively. Shortly after getting my commitment for business she became completely detached from the conversation, & handed me off to her assistant who seemed overworked & short in her communications. It was quite difficult having to re-explain the same details to the two of them who never seemed to be on the same page on matters pertaining to my tax situation.
Nina's team never offered to meet in person & by the time they finally got everything completed I had moved onto someone else. After having not filed the taxes she sent me an invoice saying I was 60 days late on pmt, and then sent emails with threatening undertones of lawsuits to get paid for the low quality work & insulted my character.

NSO is by far the BEST CPA firm out there! Nina and her team are fabulous!! All of the staff are so professional and everything is done electronically so it's super easy to get them all of your documents! I'm so thankful I found them back in 2016 when I started my own business! They are so knowledgeable and very helpful!! They are conveniently located in Fishers, but like I said, everything is done online though the client portal! 5 stars!!!

Terrible customer service. My husband and I are new to the way taxes work especially as far as a new married couple. We wouldn't get responses from emails and we recieved sarcastic responses when we would ask questions that seemed simple to them, but were real and important questions for us. We will NEVER use this service again.
