Came for a free introductory class, and I fell in love with this place. Steve is a great trainer that knows how far to push and when and where to get the most out of your body fitness!!! Love this place. Come try it out!!!

I like the whole Nickel Plate area here with the stores, restaurants, and walkable areas available, my only gripe is that it would be more fun if it was called the Nickel Back district. Just a thought.

I've been going to CFWG for nearly a year. I've seen such improvement in the quality of my life. The flexibility and strength has allowed me to accomplish any task. Steve is a passionate, positive and motivating coach that makes this facility stand out from "any other gym". He will challenge you and make you better.
