Q is an exceptional sales consultant. He was very helpful, provided swift answers for everything, and a late deal with some extra diligence put into it didn’t deter him or alter a thing. So for that, I thank you again brother.

Don't consider a Kia and especially from this dealership! 4 year old car and engine is bad. They want to milk you for unnecessary repairs before they will even contact Kia about replacing a faulty product ?

Brent did an outstanding job especially as this was our first visit to Fishers Kia, this was our first encounter with Brent and we dropped the car off for service just prior to the onset of the system outage caused by the ransomware attack. Brent kept me informed and tracked down the part and hand carried it over to the technician to ensure our repair was completed in a timely manner despite the loss of computer tracking. We had previously been getting the car serviced at Kia of Muncie (where it was purchased via Costco) however after this experience we are changing to Kia of Fishers for our service needs.

Brent was AMAZING! I was in town for my sons baseball tournament and we lived illinois. I let him know my situation when my car broke down as soon as we got into town. They said they may not be able to get it done for a week or so because of the part that it may need. I had to tow my car to their shop after hours, then the next morning he called and said it was being pulled in early. He then calle me later on and said he your car is all done, I was able to find a warranty from kia that covered everything. It was less then a 12hr turn around. I told him he had no idea how much I appreciated him going above and beyond for me. I will forever remember Brent the guy with super powers. He seriously was the best!
