I always came to this place, but today I had the worst experience. I arrived and the person who served me was rude and did not want to continue doing his job and another kind man arrived and attended to me but the lady made a bad face. This is the last time. I come to this place

I have been here a few times and the last visit will be my last. They removed my gel polish with a dremel and filed deep into my nail bed. Making my nails insanely thin and flimsy. It’s been 2 months and they are still growing out. I had long gorgeous nails when I went there and now I’m left with stumps.

$57 for a gel pedicure is on the steep side considering it doesn’t include callus removal or paraffin treatment like most salons do for $50. Callus removal is an additional $5 and the paraffin wax incurs an additional fee as well. Usually salons use a scrub product when massaging the legs but the product was oil based. They do offer a $5 discount for a review and $10 off service for first time customers only if you sign up for their website and service is over $50. I used the new customer discount bringing my total to $52 tip included. Service was standard. For the price I feel it could have been better. I paid with my card and I tipped in cash. I was asked to sign a Reciept that didn’t need signing and I asked why am I being asked to sign because the Reciept will text my phone, and I showed the receptionist the Reciept on my phone. I was still asked to sign even though there was not a line present for me to sign. The receptionist also asked me did I live in the neighborhood as I was signing a receipt that didn’t require my signature. The young lady that performed the service was friendly. However, I will not be back. The up-charges, having me sign a receipt that did not need signing , and asking me did I live in the neighborhood were enough for me to not ever spend a dime here again.

I just moved here a couple months ago and have had the same nail technician for 7 years so I was quite sad to leave her, as I’m very picky with my nails (I do long acrylics, and focus on shaping is important to me).Vicky is the owner and wonderful, she listens to what you want and is very kind and funny. Happy to have found a great salon close by.Services: Foot massages
