This place is awful! I spoke with them numerous times before coming in and asking what I needed or what was expected to get a vehicle. They told us we were pre approved and to bring in $400-600 down & guaranteed I’d drive off in car I wanted.
We sat for 4 hours after driving a couple cars found what we wanted, we did paper work and gave 1k for the deposit. We leave and the next day getting tons of calls and text to bring in the vehicle back bc the back said no. (We got told bank said yes that’s how we drove off the lot) I took it back and what they were saying really didn’t make sense at all so I was over it all and tried to get my $1k refunded but got told I would have to wait a few wks for it. (I gave cash)
Come to find out when coming to get the money owed that the vehicle was sold to me and another person. Their car payment was more than mine so my guess on why is bc of the more$. They’re jokes. I wouldn’t waste time

What an amazing experience! They are the nicest people I ever met! They really do take care of you and their cars! I will definitely recommend this dealership! You will not regret coming here! The best and easiest process I ever been of buying a car! I will definitely be back to buy another car from them.

I have gotten 2 vehicles from this place. The first one I dealt with the owner, he was quick friendly and really helped me out! 2nd vehicle I just purchased: dealt with Trinity and Matt. First of all Trinity needs a raise with customer service like hers! That's rare these days. 2nd, Matt was awesome and he said he would fight for us, and by golly he did just that! He and everyone was great! Thank you Moto Cars U.S.A! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SURE ?

Had a great experience at Moto Cars USA in Elwood. Everyone in the office is so nice and inviting. Trinity was so welcoming and went out of her way to make myself and my 8 year old comfortable. They went out of their way to get us financed and very quickly! Definitely recommend Moto Cars USA!!
