“OH EM GEE! Brian was AMAZING... like seriously. Coming into the store is always a hassle, but he made the experience SUPER DUPER DELIGHTFUL. I come all the way from downtown Indianapolis JUST to see him because he is so wonderfully pleasant. He is SO CHARMING and funny. We had issues with our phones and he was so kind and his customer service was top notch. He was a good mix of funny and helpful and made our experience LESS sucky. Every time l come into the store with a question or problem with my Android, Nathan is very professional and knowledgeable in his explanation of the problem. Nathan is also patient when l ask him to explain the problem again. Nathan is very courteous with his customers. Being a senior citizen and not used to using a cellphone, Nathan is always encouraging, which makes me feel better and willing to use my cellphone more. “I had about given up using the AT&T service because of being put on extremely long holds 3 different days, without any resolutions to my problems. A friend of mine suggested we go to an AT&T store locally, so we did and we met two of the nicest , helpful young men. Anything that I didn’t understand was explained to me. it didn’t take long at all and I left finally feeling very relieved about the whole situation with AT&T.
I hope a manager is reading this because those 2 men deserve a raise & NO, they didn’t ask me to say that. ?”

“I visited the ATT store on E. 96th St. For an issue with my mother's cellphone bill. My summary is, if you are an ATT customer you should go to this store and hopefully Esteban, is the representative. He is the true definition of excellent customer service. He called their loyalty service and stayed on the line with an agent and compelled them they must work on behalf of an elderly customer, he also saw exactly why the bill was wrong, in the end my mother ended up with a $178 credit. But had it not been for his efforts, this would not happen. He was also training a new employee and emphasizing the importance of working for the customer. But let me add, as a customer, even if you are upset about a bill, approaching in anger is often counterproductive. So be pleasant to.”
