I cannot say enough good things about Kelsey in the office. Our home owners insurance company was pulling out of the state entirely so I was on the hunt for a new policy much to my dismay. I had a lot of mistrust when it comes to being covered properly so naturally I come with 1000 questions to which Kelsey had all the right answers to. Kelsey was patient, calm and extremely knowledge about the policy as a whole. Turns out, I was over insured with my last company and when I balked at that initially, she took the time to explain why, what it was I actually needed, what I would be covered under etc. I didn't feel like she was over selling me on coverage and just trying to get my money, she was factual and really listened to what I wanted so that she could assist in putting the right policy together for me and my family. By switching I even SAVED money on my new SF policy. They not only got my business for my home, but my auto and ring as well. Did I mention that I had to get all this done and over to my mortgage company in less than 24 hours before my former policy lapsed? She even worked to get the proofs over to my mortgage company immediately in all this. I cannot say enough good things about this team, especially Kelsey.

The staff at this office are so friendly and know the ins and outs. They do everything that can that is in their control to assist me.
!!!(I hope all people understand that this office has nothing to do with the claims office and how claims are handled. )!!!

Go elsewhere! Office staff flippant and not helpful. State Farm's claims process is a NIGHTMARE! I would avoid this office and State Farm all together.

Been a policy holder for 7 years. The one time we have a claim no fault of our own, takes 3 years to get a decision and a ridiculously low offer after that. Highly advise finding another agent other than Mike.

Called into the office to ask for help with a payment and the lady who answered was very short, not customer service oriented at all. I’m sorry I called, makes me consider going to an office that values me as a policyholder.

Probably the worst experience I have had with insurance next to American Family. I still have not received my check for my cancellation of insurance which has been over 5 weeks now. I also never received any phone calls back when I was told I would get one. All in all Mike and his staff are just very unhelpful and disregard any concerns I had. I didn't feel valued and after I signed on with him for over a year when I would call back in I sometimes felt like a burden with the way the receptionist would answer the phone. I did however appreciate the letter I got either for my birthday or Christmas. They are around the same day so I don't remember the occasion it was for. But that's it.

Sure jack up my rate an extra $25/mo for a minor accident. Sure it might not seem like a lot but when you are living paycheck to paycheck it makes a huge difference. I was led to believe the accident I had would have been forgiven in the first place. Very disappointed and I will be shopping for insurance elsewhere.

We've had state farm for homeowners for years and just switched our auto policy, Mike's office made the switch super easy and carefree. They are just great to work with.

I have been with Mike Kleine - State Farm Insurance Agent for more than 25 years. My main contact there is Darlene and she is one of the main reasons this agency has had my business for so long. They are friendly, attentive, and very helpful getting you the proper coverage you need. If you need renters insurance, through auto, or property insurance (I had all of these over the years) - call and ask for Darlene. I would expect you'll be as happy as I have been for all these years!

Worst insurance agency EVER!!! Insured with State Farm since old enough to be able to drive and filed a few claims in two years and they cancelled my policies because of it. How shitty!!!! Two of those were underinsured motorist and a comprehensive claim that I never got fixed and so that shouldn't even be a issue because no money was charged to the policy on either but they say it was!!!! What do you pay premium for if your not allowed to use your insurance without the fear of this happening to you??? You SUCK Mike Klein!!! And I am letting everyone out there know so. I would give you zero stars if I could.

Mike Kleine's office deserves 5 stars on all levels, extremely personable and knowledgable staff allow you to have great experiences no matter what the issue.
Everytime I call it's similar to calling your good friend, they take care of the issue and make it feel like your own luxurious company at your fingertips. Thanks Mike and team for the outstanding service and quality!
