“I want to submit a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the whole Msc staff :)Due to a recall last year on Cpap machine's, sleep medicine clinics nationwide are struggling to get patient's set up with Cpap's. Our office has been using Medical Service Company on a consistent basis for almost a year now, assisting to get patient's set up with their pap devices. I want to specifically mention Dan Wolf!!!!! Dan has been THE BEST. He is always available to help with any patients concerns, order's needing urgent attention, or just general info I may need. He comes into our office every week with a detailed and updated status sheet showing the stage that the patient's Cpap order is in; it helps tremendously!!!! If he is not sure, he will reach out to the appropriate team for assistance. On one of Dan's recent stop in's, he brought Brent Maiberger whom is the director of Health systems. I had a patient, he needed to be set up for a mask with a respiratory therapist ASAP. He had reached out to us and stated he had not ben able to successfully get the help needed when he reached out to Msc himself. Dan is on vacation and I remembered Brent, I called right away and it went to his voicemail. I left a detailed voice mail explaining the situation and ask if he may assist in any way. Within an hour, I received an email from Brent letting me know that he has sent it to the appropriate team. I was amazed at how fast and efficient my response was. Brent Maiberger, Danielle Gardner, Kyla Erne, John Moorhead, RRT, and even Dan Wolf on vacation jumped in to help get this patient scheduled. They reached out and spoke to the patient right away as well and he was very happy and satisfied with their response.I just wanted to say how grateful I am for msc, Dan Wolf specifically. However, another side shout to the wonderful staff mentioned above who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help!!!!!!!”
