Say they are working on my order and I have already hand fed them every piece of information they need. Still going weeks without a cpap or updates. I’m going to drive an hour away to where I went before to get my machine. It’s ridiculous!

TERRIBLE, unprofessional business. It took me over 6 months to get equipment that was "mailed out". Nobody ever wanted to call me back, and I could never speak to anyone when I called. Then, these people show up to my house UNANNOUNCED to "get their equipment back" even though we're not done with the test and this visit was NOT scheduled. I had even talked to the person earlier that day and said I was in an appointment and I would call them back. Instead of waiting, he calls me back WHILE I'M STILL IN THE APPOINTMENT, and then shows up at my freaking house!!!!!! I absolutely LOST IT on the guy, and immediately called my child's Dr in Cincinnati and told her to NEVER use this company for her Indiana people again!

What a nightmare! MSC is extremely inefficient. My mother got out of the hospital 45 days ago and she still does not have a prescribed hospital bed!!! The ordering department, who doesn't return calls, said they sent the request to the doctors office several times but did not call them until I had to get a manager involved. One department does not know what the other is doing. Example: The billing department person (who was very rude today) said they cannot get an estimate for the copay or extra costs until the insurance is billed but the billing person transferred me to the ordering department and that person, same person who did not return calls, had everything broken down for the bed, gel mattress cover, and monthly fee. If this company wasn't the best rated of two available for beds through Medicare insurance, I would never have used them!!! GrrrrAMENDMENT:MSC posted that they would have someone call me…never happened.

I want to submit a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the whole Msc staff :)Due to a recall last year on Cpap machine's, sleep medicine clinics nationwide are struggling to get patient's set up with Cpap's. Our office has been using Medical Service Company on a consistent basis for almost a year now, assisting to get patient's set up with their pap devices. I want to specifically mention Dan Wolf!!!!! Dan has been THE BEST. He is always available to help with any patients concerns, order's needing urgent attention, or just general info I may need. He comes into our office every week with a detailed and updated status sheet showing the stage that the patient's Cpap order is in; it helps tremendously!!!! If he is not sure, he will reach out to the appropriate team for assistance. On one of Dan's recent stop in's, he brought Brent Maiberger whom is the director of Health systems. I had a patient, he needed to be set up for a mask with a respiratory therapist ASAP. He had reached out to us and stated he had not ben able to successfully get the help needed when he reached out to Msc himself. Dan is on vacation and I remembered Brent, I called right away and it went to his voicemail. I left a detailed voice mail explaining the situation and ask if he may assist in any way. Within an hour, I received an email from Brent letting me know that he has sent it to the appropriate team. I was amazed at how fast and efficient my response was. Brent Maiberger, Danielle Gardner, Kyla Erne, John Moorhead, RRT, and even Dan Wolf on vacation jumped in to help get this patient scheduled. They reached out and spoke to the patient right away as well and he was very happy and satisfied with their response.I just wanted to say how grateful I am for msc, Dan Wolf specifically. However, another side shout to the wonderful staff mentioned above who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help!!!!!!!

I placed an order with msc on 6/23/20, I received tracking number but I never received the order. I have made several calls and have received no help. Today I spoke to Donna the manager, she had no clue about anything, was very rude and hung up on me after I told her that she is just giving me same as Michele and several other people. I received a bill from them I called about it and spoke to Karen in billing, rudest person I spoke to. No one has helped but they all have passed me to another person in the company . I will never do business with a company that does not care about their patients. I plan to contact my insurance for items billed that have not been received. I recommend getting you supplies elsewhere.Javaid Majeed

The staff was very friendly and helpful with the setup. My dad had a bad experience with Lincare so I was expecting the same. Couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised.

Customer service is wonderful. I appreciate the courtesy call, that keeps me up to date on my supplies.. Everything always arrives safely and quickly. so professional in their outreach to the customers.
