I hired Maximus GC to remove and haul away our backyard deck which was in disrepair and becoming hazardous to walk on. I am extremely satisfied with their work. The previous owner of the house improperly installed the deck which made this demo job very technical. They were able to execute the demolition without damaging the house. They were also efficient and cost effect. I am very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

I’ve had Maximus Const. on multiple remodels on multiple properties and have been pleased and impressed with the quality and execution of work. Eric has always been upfront with expectations and variable costs with potential underlying unseen factors. He’s replaced several roofs as will as multiple in home repairs and remodels. I appreciate his response time and execution of projects that I’ve seen get out of a reasonable time to completion with other builders I’ve associated with in the past. 5 stars

I hired Maximus GC for a complete home renovation. I am extremely happy with the work performed and pricing. Scope of work included a complete kitchen and bath remodel, ceiling and wall repair, opening a hallway wall, rerouting air ducts, plumbing and electrical, new drywall, installing new doors, trim, and baseboards, and a new roof. The owner is responsive, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and they completed the work in a quick efficient manner. Highly recommend this company.

Great company! I’m a real estate broker & have used their services several times. They always give a detailed estimate & finish on time. Their crew is professional & always leaves the workspace clean & tidy. We had a roof done at one of my listings & there wasn’t 1 nail left over in the yard! I highly recommend them!

Maximus crew was on the roof by 7:30 a.m. and was finished and cleaning up by 1:30 p.m. The crew were together well and I was pleased with their work. Also thank you to the owner Eric for extra TLC on my chimney cover and cap thanks.

Maximus did a great job on my mother-in-laws home. The roof is beautiful! Eric the owner was on the job site everyday. He answered all her calls and explained exactly what they would do during the construction process. They used a Presidential GAF shingle which is thicker and requires more time to install correctly. They kept the area around the home as tidy as they could . Upon completion Eric power washed the decks , walkways and driveway. My in-law highly recommend Maximus General Contracting if you are in the need of a new roof.Services: Roof repair

I was recommended to Maximus by my insurance company, American Family. I knew there were a lot of roofing chasers, as I like to call them, and didn’t want to get hire somebody who wasn’t looking out for my best interests as homeowner. I called American Family and they gave me Eric’s name. They said he was local, was great to work with and would take good care of us. He was very thorough with showing me roofing and gutter guard options. He gave me houses to drive by and gave me his recommendation on what roof he thought would look the best and be the best for our house, but theft that option up to us. He sat down with me and went over the insurance portion, which was helpful. He was professional and very responsive. I am extremely happy with the job he and his workers did on everything from the new roof, to new downspouts, gutters and gutter guards. I would recommend him to others. In fact, I have already done so. He’s an honest contractor, which aren’t always easy to find.Services: Roof inspection

The supply chain delays of 2020 into 2021 (due to pandemic) made the roofing job drag out a bit, but the Owner of Maximus, Eric, kept us informed all along the way, and did what he could to move things along. The crew that installed the new roof did it in one long day, in very hot summer weather -- good people. Eric did a great deal of the work with the insurance company, and we're very happy with our new, beautiful roof.Service: Roof installation

Maximus beat another quote we had by about $2,400. Eric and his crew were very fast and efficient. He also thoroughly educated me and explained what was causing the water stains on our ceiling. After he finished the work, he showed me everything he did and has followed up with me almost everyday. Couldn’t recommend Maximus enough!
