I didn't like the Communication that was Supposed to Come Back from that Establishment!! Even though I had an outside contractor working with that Company they Continued to Delay Information and Always told you it was on its way when it took Almost five days longer!!! Than what it Should have. Which did Me No Good !! I still paid the Same price.!!!! Warehouse manager should have known a lot more than than Me Calling the Headquarters and find out the Actual Date of Arrival & they could Escalated and (use some their money and got UPS or FedEx to distribute that tile from Kentucky they did not do that!!! I've been fair if I got a discount on the tile because of the extended delay... Also I just wish also in their showroom it would be nice if they had a little other colors available than gray gray and gray!!!! More Choice Regardless with the season tell him ones that's what's in hot now I like more variety!!!!!!

Ignore the other review before this one, these people are the best. I still can't believe how some people still go online like children and wine about how people "looked" at them. Great staff, great value, great prices. As a full service flooring store I highly recommend Louisville Tile! Exceptional service, and tons of selections and brands.

Great selection fair prices, staff is well educated and experienced in interior design they encourage appointments over walk ins but they're prepared if they expect you something at every price point very happy with our choices and what we're paying

Staff was helpful in locating a color matched caulk to tile grout that a contractor had used in our bathroom. Price for the caulk was a bit on the high side, but it was the only location in town I was able to locate it.
