this store honestly doesn't even deserve a 1 start, their pickup unit sucks! I have ordered seafood a few times and ordered pounds of different types of seafood whether it be fish or salmon and I could order 1 or 2 pounds and they would literally give me 1 or 2 pieces of the item which is common sense if it says POUNDS why would you select 1 or 2 PIECES! Made me drive all the way back up there and to top it off one of the girls working back there made it seem like they did me a favor for not charging me for their screw up. I didn't ask for a favor only asked for the product I ORDERED. The inside of the store is no better I guess it depends on who you run into and who also decides to do their job that day. Will not be visiting this store as often as they need to make staff improvements.

Empty shelves as Kroger cannot keep up with demand. Self checkout is so touchy an employee needs to stand nearby to reset the machine that claims you are stealing all the time. No where else to shop so Kroger takes advantage by not hiring enough staff and maintains low inventory.

Very clean and organized store which was well stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful, today Alex separated and bagged my cold food all together properly while Rodney helped out. Good store

Sue in the bakery seems like a warm kind hearted person. She went above and beyond to help me even though she was busy. Her effort alone will make me go back to this Kroger. Thank you Sue!

Great grocery chain. They always have plenty of fruit, veggies, and dry goods in stock. Things are easy to find, aisles clearly labeled. Deli meats are questionable depending and the packaged baked goods just way too sweet making them impossible to eat. Learn to avoid those and other processed goods and you’re still left with good options. The Kroger Simple Truth brand is a good go to for anything as ingredients are listed clearly and it’s very straight forward stuff.

I had a Shipt order issue and went to store to return a few items the customer service counter gal was absolutely wonderful and took care and concern about what I needed help with

Little is more frustrating than others being served ahead of you when you have already been waiting. Please bring back “take a number “at the deli counter. It works well for the license branch. A principled person would walk away. So I did.

I love this store. Standard grocery store with things like toys and clothes. It's like a mini Meijer.
The recent highlight is seeing 50 Cent (the musician) going to be there to sign his branded bottles. Good job man, an appearance at a grocery store.
To be fair if I got shot a bunch I would come to this one instead of the Walmart on Pendleton Pike too.

The Kroger employees filling Pick-Up orders were very rude. They don't say excuse me as they walk right in front of your cart or block you from entering an aisle. When trying to speak to them they ignore you because they have headphones in. I shouldn't have to fight Kroger's own employees just to do my own shopping.

Went there today and They had 4 self checkout lines open for the entire store. That’s it! Tons of employees walking around together, stocking shelves…couldn’t someone be checking people out?? Also low stock on many things, as well as a ton of yogurt well past the best by dates. This location isn’t great.
