Was first in line, had the courtesy of writing it down for the employee and letting another guy go first since they said they couldn't remember it... 15 minutes later, they said they never got to it, came back 5 minutes later, still haven't started, and only then as I stare at them do they start cutting, like what is this. Return some respect my guy.

My battery died due to the cold weather in their parking lot, and an employee named Isaac was super helpful and jumped it. I would certainly recommend this place; they go above and beyond.

The gas pump ripped me off. No one manning the booth. Went the customer service desk in the store and they wouldn’t do anything to refund my money. Completely unhelpful. Don’t go unless you want your money stolen by this place.

7:40 am: no fresh bread on the shelf. When do you want people to buy fresh bread if not in the morning. Very disappointing that you removed the slicing machine too.Thanks to the lady from bakery that cooked the bread for me. She is very nice and always helpful!

If your looking to get a money order from this location, or go into the customer service line.. just don't , I was told "we don't do money orders". After standing in the customer service line for over 30 mins with no one at the desk, multiple employees walking past just looking at me.. asked 2 different employees if I can get some help over here& still stood there for another 15 mins waiting. Finally once a manager came over , I nicely told the manager on duty .."well online it's a listed service you offer" after she told me they don't do them. She replied with, "is there anything else you need?" So I said "yes I need a money order since it's a service you offer" she then got very rude & told me "we are understaffed so I can NOT get you a money order" after that I started to walk away & she mumbled something under her breathe. That's fine , I called corporate which I've never done before with a business.. well known or not. Never had to go the corporate route. Reported the "lady" to corporate & that's that. If your to "understaffed" to provide a service you are supposed to offer, put up signs, post it online etc. Hell my job is understaffed just like the rest of America & we don't decline services that we OFFER. I've had nothing but issues with this location since moving out here a few years ago. I'd rather travel down to Oilo location or Allisonville than deal with rude ass employees.

I placed a birthday order three days prior to the the B-day. On the day when I am supposed to pick up the cake, they said we can’t go by the theme you asked for because so and so. I would totally understand where they are coming from, but why would they wait till the day of the birthday to inform me that they can’t do it?!! Why I wasn’t told since day one that it is not possible and I was promised to get what I asked for?!!The lady was so rude . I asked to talk to her superior , she just hang up the phone on me! I called again and talked to the leader and I asked her why I was informed that late about the order not to be able done, they said , they were busy!!! I wouldn’t give even one star to them. So disappointed and frustrated!

I had gone to two Krogers in search of my favorite fall suckers. The caramel apple pops. It showed online that they had these suckers but they weren’t anywhere to be found. I found a staff member who stopped what he was doing and radioed someone. They found them in the back and he went and got me some. Nemo was such a help and it was so kind that he kept working until he found them. Not many stores would do that and it made my day! Thank you!

Sold chuck eye steak as ribeye, and ground beef that wildly spoiled 3 days before the best buy date. They're either pushing their best buy dates to minimize waste, or mishandling fresh meat.

The parking situation at this Kroger is horrendous. The store in general is narrow, dirty, and ill equipped for the amount of people that come in. The store is understaffed and it shows. There are some great employees at this store, but they are worn thin. I frequently come here bc it is close to my house, but I go elsewhere when I have time.

I Love a lot about this location, but their meat department is definitely lacking in the customer service area. I used to go to the Kroger on Binford and they had the most friendly and attentive staff behind their meat counter. However, now that we have moved to this area, we have noticed the staff here seems to be more interested in the behind the counter jobs than serving their customers who come to buy fresh meat from the butcher. You always have to wait for a while and sometimes they just ignore that you're there. Then when they finally notice you, it's like they would rather do any thing else than help you. Otherwise, this place is fine!

This is the dirtiest store I've been in but the customer service is even worse than the filth. Tried to return unopened vitamins without receipt. I told her it was half price which is the lowest price they sell. She said they don't sell one at a time and I said the other bottle we opened and didn't like. I didn't return since it was opened. She refused and was the front store manager. So I had to leave with the product and return it at my normal store. The rudest person I have ever encountered. The next time I was there, the price was wrong on an item and They wouldn't honor the sale even though the sign was there! Someone needs to fire management and retrain employees. They all seem either miserable or rude.
