This Kroger pharmacy has the BEST customer service ever. Not just one staff member but all of them. Our family is going through a terrible cancer right now and needs meds filled fast! They get it done and then make sure we know all about the med. I have switched from our old pharmacy to this one just because of how they all make us feel like they care and because of their speedy service.

The drive thru is hardly ever open. Went today 8/24 @ 5:46 and the pharmacy was closed inside and out, even though their post said they were open until 6pm.

This Kroger's pharmacy has the best answering service and customer service and customer care called this morning at 9am when they opened and they way they just answered their phone lines was so pleasant and kind had an issue with another Krogers with transferring prescriptions and they gave me such a hard time and sounded like they didn't even want to be at work this morning that you Jessica your amazing

Seems like everyone has had to go through a horrible experience with not only the clinic but this particular person Im about to mention, so here's my account as well. A sorry excuse of a worker (long haired female pictured in photo) named Lama/Lana was extremely rude and unprofessional when I came to help family with a back to school physical. She not only responded in a very nasty way to a friendly small talk question but also neglected to inform us that we needed to sign in at the little clinic desk. She saw us waiting for 10 min without saying anything. Finally I went to the physical room itself where the clinic staff were surprised we weren't directed to the front desk. They were very apologetic and expressed that MANY people have had similar horrible customer service experiences with Lana. Obviously a tech flunky who doesn't know how to talk with people. Was a shame since the person I was with wants to start pharmacy school soon. I pray to God someone important from Kroger sees this review. Regardless I will be submitting additional complaints. Thanks for nothing

This place has the rudest staff. I have never experienced such bad customer service from a pharmacy. My insurance had just switched over at the beginning of the year and the lady checking me out had the worst attitude because she didn’t want to update it in her computer and wanted my to pay more for my prescription. It literally took 30 seconds to update it.Another time, I was standing in line around 12:56pm to pick up my prescription, and there were two other people in front of me. The lady said she will not check me out because they close for lunch at 1. Mind you, I was already in line well before their closing period. I will not be using this pharmacy and I suggest others go elsewhere. They need to completely re-staff their team and learn how to treat their customers. Kindness goes a long way.

Worst service ever!! Slow, hateful, rude and disrespectful staff member that I have complained about many times, but it looks like keeping this rude, disrespectful, hateful person is more important than keeping customers. Enjoy her!
My whole family is transferring to another pharmacy.

Where do I start? Rude, unprofessional, inconvenient, rude, rude and rude. Short staffed, so they close whenever they want. Also one staff member is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She is hateful and disrespectful. She literally threw the medicine bag to the counter in front of me. And that is just one of many disrespectful behavior she does. I complained many time and last time was to the manager in person and got no where. I’m transferring with all my family members to Walgreens across the street. It’s very disappointing and frustrating that Kroger has such a bad pharmacy customer service. I’m a big fan of Kroger and all its department’s staff, but to have a one staff member at the pharmacy ruin its reputation and no one cares about that, is a big shame.

Pretty decent store. The meat prices are a bit high for what I'm getting when I can go to fresh thyme and get organic for cheaper. Other than that have a TON to shop from and still blows my mind they have CLOTHES full on aisles of clothing that's actually cute!!!

Just went to this Kroger with a group of friends after a funeral. We bought some wine (all 21) and went to self check out. Bailey took one look at us in sorority shirts and decided to be extremely rude. She decided one id was fake (florida Id who was in town for a funeral) when we all said no it's real can you get a manager she walked away and kept talking to other employees under her breath about us. Manager (Alexandrea) also wouldn't look at it and decided that we all were liars. When we once again said no it's real and can you scan it or get a second opinion she wouldn't even look at it. They were extremely rude and unprofessional and we clearly were targeted. Disappointed.

I work in healthcare, so I get it, you’re short staffed…however, that should NEVER affect your customer service and how you treat your patients/customers. I have been patient, understanding, and have even gone out of my way to be overly friendly (because I get it!) even when the employees are beyond rude. But, let’s be serious. My prescriptions are never ready, (even when called-in a week in advance), instead I’m told “we’ll get to it when we can,” OR “umm, maybe we can have it ready tomorrow in the evening.” If a prescription is supposed to be ready, “getting to it when you can,” should never be a response. Also, phone etiquette is non-existent at this pharmacy. I absolutely hate that I have to even call them monthly (because my Rx is never ready)! They sure do have a way of making you feel like an inconvenience for THEIR inconveniences! It’s like, I’m sorry I’m bothering you, I was just calling to get the status of my medication that was supposed to be ready, and is actually due on the same date each month, but hey, let me be the one to apologize in this situation. What a joke. This will be my last month with Kroger.
