If your looking to get a money order from this location, or go into the customer service line.. just don't , I was told "we don't do money orders". After standing in the customer service line for over 30 mins with no one at the desk, multiple employees walking past just looking at me.. asked 2 different employees if I can get some help over here& still stood there for another 15 mins waiting. Finally once a manager came over , I nicely told the manager on duty .."well online it's a listed service you offer" after she told me they don't do them. She replied with, "is there anything else you need?" So I said "yes I need a money order since it's a service you offer" she then got very rude & told me "we are understaffed so I can NOT get you a money order" after that I started to walk away & she mumbled something under her breathe. That's fine , I called corporate which I've never done before with a business.. well known or not. Never had to go the corporate route. Reported the "lady" to corporate & that's that. If your to "understaffed" to provide a service you are supposed to offer, put up signs, post it online etc. Hell my job is understaffed just like the rest of America & we don't decline services that we OFFER. I've had nothing but issues with this location since moving out here a few years ago. I'd rather travel down to Oilo location or Allisonville than deal with rude ass employees.

The parking situation at this Kroger is horrendous. The store in general is narrow, dirty, and ill equipped for the amount of people that come in. The store is understaffed and it shows. There are some great employees at this store, but they are worn thin. I frequently come here bc it is close to my house, but I go elsewhere when I have time.

I Love a lot about this location, but their meat department is definitely lacking in the customer service area. I used to go to the Kroger on Binford and they had the most friendly and attentive staff behind their meat counter. However, now that we have moved to this area, we have noticed the staff here seems to be more interested in the behind the counter jobs than serving their customers who come to buy fresh meat from the butcher. You always have to wait for a while and sometimes they just ignore that you're there. Then when they finally notice you, it's like they would rather do any thing else than help you. Otherwise, this place is fine!

This is the dirtiest store I've been in but the customer service is even worse than the filth. Tried to return unopened vitamins without receipt. I told her it was half price which is the lowest price they sell. She said they don't sell one at a time and I said the other bottle we opened and didn't like. I didn't return since it was opened. She refused and was the front store manager. So I had to leave with the product and return it at my normal store. The rudest person I have ever encountered. The next time I was there, the price was wrong on an item and They wouldn't honor the sale even though the sign was there! Someone needs to fire management and retrain employees. They all seem either miserable or rude.

Dear Kroger, I am not a criminal, even though you continue to treat me as such. After forcing me to work your checkout by only having one lane that was attended, I once again had to wait an extra several minutes for one of your employees to rifle through my purchases to once again find that I had scanned every item. Only Kroger assumes I am attempting to steal some $2 item. Neither Target or even Walmart "weighs" my purchases. Why, because they care about their customer's experience. Clearly Kroger does not.Do not shop at Kroger and especially do not shop at the one on 116th at Cumberland in Fishers, IN.

This particular store has single-handedly restored my faith in Kroger! I have avoided Kroger for the last few months due to poor service. I happened to be near this one having lunch, and stopped in to pick up something. I was completely surprised at how friendly and helpful the employees were! I was greeted when I entered the store, employees smiled at me, and several times I was asked if I needed any help. It sounds silly to say, but this has not been my experience at either of the two Krogers that are closer to my house. I went back today to pick up something and had the exact same experience! People were friendly, they genuinely cared and helped. I will go out of my way to come to this location. The people are great, the store is clean, and it was very well-stocked. It was a great experience, and I know I will drive the extra distance to shop at this location.

I used to shop at this location exclusively until I moved to noblesville. Now I still go the extra way to this one because I find it generally better stocked and have never encountered an issue shopping here and finding what I need.

Thank you to the florists at Kroger yesterday. I was looking for Carnations, they are mom's favorite flower, but I wasn't finding any. I explained that it may be my mom's last Mother's Day and I was feeling a little shattered and asked for help. These three ladies rallied around me and started putting together this beautiful bouquet for mom. They shared their heartfelt wishes for me, my mom, and my family.Mom loved the flowers, and I find myself still grateful.

I don't know why everyone always critiques grocery stores on Yelp the same manner of restaurants. It's time to change gears. As far as groceries go, it's above average. This Kroger is upscale compared to some of its peers, clean, has the hard to find Keto bread we get, and all the bougie vegan options we use as a staple. So, not to be over-critical, but this site isn't disappointing to say the least like everyone else seems to believe. Geez, Fishers people need to travel more outside of Hamilton County to experience a bad grocery Lol. One employee's actions, though bad and easily correctable by seeking management, should not reflect the 50,000+ sq ft grocery.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great the check-out was. Lines moved quickly (on a Saturday!), and there were managers around to help out as needed. Very refreshing experience. Liked the selection of produce. I saw multiple associates taking care of the fruit and vegetable section. Would definitely consider making the drive back.

The deli is incredibly slow. Even if you are the only person there they will ignore you for at least 5 minutes before coming to assist.

Would be great if they'd keep the Salad Bar stocked.
