Prices are reasonable! I’ve had many jeans tailored here and they’ve all come back fantastic! I’ve also had some shirts and dresses dry cleaned here and they were all great. Highly recommend this place. Will be coming back!

I brought an odd shape dress that is hard to sew. Ellie fixed my dress 3 times until it was perfect and she was happy to do it. I was unable to pick up the dress Saturday and needed it by Tuesday but Monday is Memorial Day and they were closed. So she came on Sunday to give me my dress for my boyfriend's military graduation even though they are closed on Sundays. She is honest and hard working and does a spectacular job and it's not pricy. If you can choose any place to get your clothes fixed or clean come here!

A GEM in downtown Fishers.Ellie has made magic with many, many pieces of clothing for me over the years. The shop is clean, orderly, and the staff is always polite. I will not go any place else. ?

Love this place. Great service; I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My white shirts have stayed white even after wearing them for years, and my pants have stayed black over many years as well. Always friendly as well

I had previously taken a pair of Cole Haas loafers in to get a stitch fixed, and it was a good enough job that I took back a second pair of dress shoes where the heel stitch had blown out. I asked if they could fix the seem to match the same color, but if not, left the second shoe for them to atleast have the two shoes be the same color (there was also tan stitching as an option).... Somehow that got turned into glueing a piece of fake leather onto both, that were poorly cut, onto both shoes, ruining the design on the heel. They said that they couldn't do what they initially promised, so did this instead... I asked if they could simply remove the patch, and I would take them somewhere else, but because they glued it on (for some reason unbeknownst to me), the shoes are effectively ruined. I think it's pretty simple, if you promise a customer one thing, and can't deliver, you call and give them a second option, not take it upon yourself to do something completely different and expect them to pay for it when the raise concerns over the quality of it. Would not recommend for nice dress shoes you intend to wear for nice occasions. *I can not share a picture as they wanted me to still pay for the shoes in order to get them back

I've used this location for many years. I always receive exceptional service. I take my dry cleaning and large bedding. They have hemmed dresses for me and resoled/reheeled shoes.

I had my Z-coil shoe sole redone and King's provided great service, great repair, great price! And, as bonus had a quick turn-around time. Any future shoe repairs and/or dry cleaning, I will go to them.

The only place I’ll go. I bring them all of my suits and other shirts and I always am pleased. Price point is more than competive. They are always happy to see me even though I bring them tough stains, bulk jobs, specific deadlines, etc. The few times they couldn’t help me with an issue (this situation has been very rare) they always let me know and explain the problem with me. I have trust in them so it’s a no brainer for me.

So bad service. I don’t recommend this Kong’s cleaner at all. I gave them my brand new pant to be shortened and they gave it back to me dirty and has grease on it with yellow spot as well. When I talked to the owner and told her she was very rude and she said that the pant was already dirty and what I have to do is only pay and leave.
It is weird when you see such a bad service like this in the U.S!

I can unfortunately not recommend Kings Cleaners. I have a really nice down comforter that I bought just over a year ago and wanted to get cleaned. I chose Kings because they were really nice on the phone, were an inexpensive option, and it's close to home. My husband dropped off the comforter and we picked it up about a week later. When we took it home, all of the filling was displaced. It has squares each containing filling to make the blanket warm and fluffy. Now one side of the blanket has no filling at all. When we took it back, the lady told us that just happens when you clean these types of blankets. We were obviously upset so she offered to try to fluff it back into place and we could pick it up 5 days later. We doubled checked online and the instructions specifically say it is a dry clean only item. When we picked it up, she said there was nothing they could do and the blanket is as is. My husband asked her if they washed it or dry cleaned it and she said they had washed it. The tag clearly says dry clean only. Our blanket is ruined - and may I add it wasn't even fully clean when we picked it up - because they didn't bother to clean it properly and then tried to blame it on the quality of my $130+ comforter. I was actually going to take my wedding dress to get cleaned and preserved here as well, but after this experience I would not trust them with my expensive beautiful dress.
