I was a bit nervous my first lap, but leaned into it more in the next one. It was my first time go carting.
The staff was nice and easily explained everything. There are arcade games, food, and a bar that'd help make for a good dudes or girls night.

The cars and track were so fun… and very fast. I would highly recommend K1 Speed for all go-carters. I myself couldn't get enough out of one trip and plan to come back.

Last time visiting. Prices are high, kitchen wasn’t open, “membership” fee, can’t bring in your own outside food either. Don’t waste time or money here.

Overall very fun and you don’t need to bring anything with you to enjoy it. The carts are definitely worn and some more so than others. So kind of a gamble on how the cart you’ll be on will be. Some race very quickly and some are slow. Multiple stops during our race sessions due to aggro drivers causing spin outs and collisions but that’s hard to manage/prevent.

I did have fun but they let their buddy come in from another Line of cars and let him start out front and turned up his cart more than everybody elses and he did lap times that our carts weren't capable of putting in. I'm sure I could have raced with him if they turned my cart up that fast. It's just not really fair. They can do that stuff after hours.

This night I was able to get right in and race. Sometimes (like today when I went again) the crew takes a long time to set up races and get them going. The only things I would change would be getting back to some pre-race briefing, especially of new racers on how to be aware of and allow faster racers to pass. _ these Karts are fast and fun. The current layout is more difficult to pass than the original when it first opened.
On this day the work crew was fairly inattentive but everyone seemed buckled in and I was able to pass slower drivers in a regular time. The thing that really bothered me was I felt the kart get noticeably faster the last 3 laps or so, making me upset I didn’t have full power the whole run.
July 2024 I visited and ran 2 races and had a generally good experience. I arrived at an unusual moment where I was able to run a session by myself, which allowed me to run without traffic. My second run was also good in having educated drivers that moved over when shown the blue flag and I instantly moved over when caught by another and we all thanked each other for the courtesy. However my cart was quite a bit slower with both understeer, oeversteer, and brakes were rough, and my times were about a full second off my 1st run.

It's not cheap, but if you have young teen kids, they love it. Actually, as an adult, I did as well. It is not cheap though, be prepared to pay $60+ per person if you want more than 1 race.
