Niki Roudebush was so helpful to my uncle, he doesn’t speak fluent English but Niki went above and beyond trying to understand him with a translator, we need more people like Niki everywhere! Wold class customer service!

Karen was great. Nice personality. She is learning though, and was on the phone alot getting help. I had to leave my paperwork there. Next day I get a call that they were ready. They were not. She was on phone some more and I was there probably another hour to 90 minutes.
