This bank is the WORST BANK EVER!!! I literally have to wait a whole week to use my funds that I’ve deposited on 01/06/2022. They told me it’s a “Mandatory Hold” on the check to verify this check. I didn’t even know about this until I called and asked about my funds not being a available. Take it from a new customer do not EVER BANK HERE! If you want random holds to stay on your account unexpectedly and not having your funds available open until a week after this is a perfect Stupid Bank to bank at.

Lobby is closed on 10/3 “due to unforeseen circumstances” One lane open in the drive thru and according to Alan I think his name was only one person working. Cars reversing out the drive thru because of how long the wait is you shoulda just taken a sick day and stayed closed

I moved from Texas where everyone is friendly! Well here in Fishers Indiana they are friendlier! I was greeted at the door at the Fishers branch and set up an account fast and friendly! Thank you Huntington Bank

This has been my branch bank for several years now. I opened my account at this bank. Absolutely everyone associated with this branch has been more than accommodating to help me. From Roberta who was an excellent customer service person to Katie who has gone over and beyond to help me, well trained, super service, I would recommend this bank to everyone.

We came in today to purchase a cashier check. No line so we went directly to the window. Love not waiting! The teller was friendly and processed our request very timely. We were in and out in 10 minutes or less. Excellent customer service.

Friendly & helpful staff have always serviced my accounts here. After comparing service from other banks, this is by far my favorite institution. Bonus: ATM deposits made by midnight are available next day.

This branch set up my account and I asked to opt out of the over draft protection and receive low balance alerts, they advised that all of this is set up, three month later I get four charges of $36 each, I never got any alerts plus I asked to be opted out of the over draft, and off course they only want to remove two of the fees, very unprofessional staff, will close the account and go back with Chase Bank where they know how to treat their customers.

My old debit card expired at the end of November, I never received it by that date. Called this branch and spoke to Chris. He ordered a new card for me well,3 weeks later it showed up, mind you this would be the middle of December by this time with Christmas around the corner. The card showed up but, no PIN number,now today is the 30th of December and guess what? Still no PIN. I will be switching banks at this point. This is not acceptable and all I get from Chris is an apology,really? I would strongly urge prospective clients to do their research before choosing Huntington as your banking institution. You may have better luck with credit union or over seas bank.
