I've banked with Huntington for several years. However the customer service has deteriorated to the point that many of the employees are rude, don't bother to say hello when you enter the bank and call you by the wrong name. Pendleton Pike Branch is terrible. Rya at the 96th St branch called to set up an appoint for an account upgrade, but called in sick the day of the appointment. The teller helped me but I asked the teller why someone wouldn't call me to reschedule, something a professional would do. Today, 1 1/12 weeks later Rya calls me stating I should have honored my appointment. I reminded her she called in sick and I dealt with the teller instead. She then tried to talk about various other options. I told her I would not be dealing with her bc of her unprofessional behavior.Really, Huntington. Your cheesy tv ads brag about how you're all angels who help customers with every concern. That's not true in real life.

I like banking with Huntington however, this is literally the slowest drive thru EVER. I know it will take at least 15 minutes to make even the simplest transaction. Ridiculous!

I hate this Huntington location. The people are incompetent and they always give client’s a hard time. I am considering switching to a different bank now.

I've been to this branch twice once to open an account which I was unable to do the second time is right now I went to make a deposit there were 3-4 cars ahead of me so I'm assuming things are fine I go to deposit my cash and it takes the cash and says I didn't insert it in time when it did indeed take my deposit then took about 5 mins to release my card and didn't deposit my money at all , that was the only money I had to get my daughter some diapers and things she needs so now I'm sitting on the phone with customer service with wait time of an hour and crying in the parking lot. - I've been on hold for almost 2 hours and have not been transferred to customer service. And just googled their customer service hours and they are closed but yet I'm still on hold this is super frustrating

I have been baking with Huntington for over 10 years and I will say today I had the worst experience at this particular location. I am actually considering closing my account and banking elsewhere. The drive-through staff were not only slow but also extremely rude when making a request for a withdrawal slip and direct deposit form. The teller attempted to tell me that it was against Huntington policy however I’ve been banking with Huntington for several years now as stated previously and I had just requested a withdrawal slip a few days prior. When I asked to speak with a manager I was directed to a “personal banker” instead of the branch manager I requested. When I asked for a copy of the policy, I was told he couldn’t find it. I filed a complaint with Huntington and depending on the outcome will determine if I will take my business elsewhere.

I highly recommend this bank! I don’t normally write reviews but Collin and Brian especially helpful managing my checking account. I appreciate all their assistance going above and beyond what they should do. It’s nice to know there is someone that you can trust to help you with your money and to me that is very important in a bank

Huntington branches are slower across the board compared to other banks, but this branch takes the cake. If you enjoy waiting 30+ minutes in line to take your money out, then this is the branch for you. Additionally, if you enjoy being harassed as to exactly why you are taking YOUR money out, then I highly recommend Huntington. The staff is not quite Wal-Mart slow, but quite close.
