I dropped off my state and local returns this past March. I needed to file amended returns for both. the gentleman took all my old electronic returns and I later sent him copies of my W2s. He confirmed he got everything he needed. I waited for his call or email to review both. I have not heard back from him or anyone there since - nearly 9 months later. My follow up emails went unanswered. Unprofessional to say the least. You can do better than HR Block in Fishers.

Taxes can be tricky. It's important to make sure they're done right, and I trust H&R Block with the task, especially Julie Preske. She's amazing. She always makes sure I get my maximum refund and is willing to help with any and all crazy questions I may have.
