Great Experiance. Stopped by this past Friday when I noticed they had a couple of automobiles on their lot that were in my budget. I was greeted by James upon arrival and we chatted about what I was looking for and went to his desk to review the options. I took one of the vehicles for a test drive and decided to make the purchase. James presented me with 3 options based on different down payment amounts. After I decided which plan I wanted he passed me off to Brad to complete the finance. Brad presented final payment options which included explaining additional warranty plans in good summary. Overall I was there about two hours for a major life purchase and boy time flew. Great job by everyone.Positives:Friendly conversational sales experienceZero pressureClear financing optionsOther employees were friendly even though they were not directly involved in the processNo surprisesHighly recommend this dealership. Family owned and well run. I've bought a handful of vehicles in my life and this was the best experience. Thanks to James, Brad and everyone!

We had 2013 Ford Fusion with over 200,000 miles. We traveled and vacationed a lot in this car until we moved here. It started giving out, we kept our hope by repairing but the repairs became expensive. Guess it was time for us to look for a new vehicle. That is where we went to Honda of Fishers..... we got 2023 Honda Accord and worked with Austin who was our salesman. He was superb! So, was Vic Miriam, the finance manager! Why? We are a married DEAF couple. Vic Mirza highlighted all the important points we needed to know. He also wrote down. He was well-prepared before we signed a ton of forms. Austin and Vic both worked hard to satisfy the whole package that fits with our need and desire with the reasonable financial plan we agreed to. They walked through with us. Thanks to their endlessly patience, time, and service! Thank you Honda of Fishers for hiring the best people! To this day, our new car has a nickname- Baby Taz

I bought a 2010 Honda Odyssey 2 weeks ago. It drove fine during the test but the second I drove it off the lot it wouldn’t start right. Had to spend $1,000 getting fuel pump replaced. Now I’m having issues with power steeling. Would expect better vetting from a Honda dealer…

GO SEEJames!!!! He ROCKS!!! I don't make hurried decisions. He was patient and helped us with our purchase. We went test drove it. Left to talk about it. When we went back he was able to help us finalize our purchase. There was zero pressure to buy. He wanted what was best for us. Please go see him for your next car purchase. You don't need a high pressure situation to buy a car. You need someone who will advocate for you, answer all your questions and do what is best for you and your family. GO SEE JAMES!!!

My time at the dealership was awesome, all thanks to Daniel Schubert! He really knows his stuff. If you're on the hunt for a new ride, definitely hit up Daniel and this dealership. Thanks a million, Daniel! ??

Honda recall. Called for appointment. One year wait. I'm sure it's because I didn't buy there. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN EVER, SO IT DOESN'T MATTER. I called a competitor and got an appointment right away. BUH-BYE! Can't leave zero stars!

If I could leave NO stars, I would. My elderly mother has leased 3 vehicles from HoF over the years. Very loyal. This time, her lease is coming up, and she intended to buy the vehicle because she is selling it to her granddaughter. Then, she intended to lease another Honda Accord. She did the same thing last time. Mom has worked with the same sales rep for 10 years. She's as loyal as it gets. After small talk, I stated, "mom is buying the current vehicle at the residual, selling it to my daughter, and will be leasing a new vehicle from you." Right away, the sales rep said, "that's not a good deal for your mother. She should trade in the vehicle because of the equity and I'm just going to take that off the table, and take her (my daughter) out of the equation." I was shocked. He is a really nice man, but it was clear, the dealership had been waiting for her to come in and trade in her vehicle. Why?! Because it's a 2020 with only 7,000 miles on it. Literally still has the new car smell still in it. Mom drives to the post office, supermarket and church. That's it. So, once we were told she should trade it in, I reiterated that she is buying the vehicle and leasing a new one. We then went through the run around of "we can't get any cars... we don't have any cars... and we can't order any cars..." From there, the salesperson went to "look for cars on the lot" which is code for, "this isn't going the way we planned and I need to talk to my sales manager." He was gone for ten minutes, and comes back with the sales manager, Justin Ford. Justin was nice enough at first. He started by reiterating what the salesperson had already said. We don't have any cars... we can't get any cars... and we can't order any cars..." They tried to put her into an SUV. My mom is 80 years old, folks. She probably shouldn't be driving at all. But that's another story. So, I said, "you can't order a 2023 Accord if it isn't on the lot?" "No." Was the answer. I said,"if I put down $40,000 cash right now, can you order it then?" "Yes", said Justin. Then I said, "well which is it? You can or can't order a new car from Honda?! If we have to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery, that's fine." He said, "we're really talking about two things..." (no we weren't) So, I'm losing my patience, and realized I was getting the "sales speak" runaround. I should mentioned I've been in B2B sales for the past 28 years. I know sales and I know good - and bad selling - and can see it a mile away. AND, I would never talk to a customer or prospect as if they are stupid and will believe anything I say. SO, once we established that Jason was not being truthful about ordering a new Accord, I said, "what is the lease price on a new 2023 Accord? "I kid you not, they said, "it's twice as much and isn't what your mother should do. She should trade the car in." How obvious is it that they were only interested in her car, so they could sell it for huge profit. The payoff was $14,900 and the value to sell is over $25,000. Good deal for my daughter, bad deal for the dealership if they couldn't get their greedy hands on it. They proceeded to STILL lean on the COVID crutch and claim that nobody has cars and they can't get them in. Supply chain and prices are going up, and we are losing money (again). I got on Honda's website and showed Justin and the salesperson the current Honda offers, and here is the one mom wanted...*****$289 per month, Honda Loyalty Lease, 36 months, $3,199 down, expires October 31st*****Justin said, "we can't honor that offer, no Honda dealership in the country honors them because WE LOSE MONEY on them." Remember, "NO DEALERSHIP IN THE COUNTRY." So, I said, "Honda isn't forcing you to sell vehicles at a loss! That's a lie. They aren't forcing you out if bu

Super-pleased with Honda of Fishers and, especially, with James Schubert who went the extra mile to make certain I purchased the car I thought was right for me. I had some concerns after driving it a couple of days so I called and re-visited James who answered my questions and, with the help of their service department, took care of my concerns and sent me on my way extremely satisfied!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department at this dealership. Travis and the service team's rudeness, unprofessional demeanor, and lack of knowledge of their own policies left a lot to be desired. After multiple attempts, it's clear that this place consistently falls short in terms of service quality, be it overpricing or their overall lack of customer service skills. I strongly recommend seeking service elsewhere.

I made my first trip to Honda of Fishers to test drive a new 2023 Honda Civic Sport and I'm glad I did. When I arrived I spoke with James and I asked him if I could test drive a new 2023 Honda Civic Sport and he said I think we have one left and he pulled it around for me to test drive. At first I wasn't too sure on the bright red but then I saw the black rims and I was sold. James was fantastic to work with on making my second new car purchase. If I need to buy any cars in the future I will for sure return to Honda of Fishers. James is a fantastic salesman and a valuable asset to Honda of Fishers. Thanks,

Call for an appointment, came in before my appointment time. When I get there and leave my car walk in the guy at service his name is Ryan H, saw me and say we be with you soon with a tone of voice. I was like ok that fine. So stand there waiting patiently. He seem to be happy with other people. Okay but whatever. When he finally ask me what the name on my car ect..... then went out get the miles on my car, came back in pull up my information and than tell me oh this car have a few recall. So we can fix some of the problems. Okay... so on he made a call and ask the back to see if they have my back up camera so he can put that in with the services. Than he just turn his iPad over and ask me to sign.... my part was stupid didn't really read before I sign it... I was just through sign for the service to be work on... didn't think of much! And so on to this point Mr. Ryan here didn't say nothing about pricing!!!! At ALL!!!!!!!! Didn't tell me how much it cost on the service I was ask for....what so ever!!! Never in the whole conversation he say anything about the prices. Because I have call and ask how much my service would cost an assimilate amount.....and was told around $110 or so.. I do understand different car differences cost that fine. So I waited from around 12:10 p.m to about 2:20p.m my car still haven't finished so I ask the lady wad helping checking people out, she call and than they bring my papers work in. To my surprise she told me the total is $375 okay..... I was shocked.... honestly I don't mind paying but the problem here is the Mr.Ryan here never told me the cost if he would have I would think about it and I would call my husband to see if that prices is OK to do.... but NEVER MR. RYAN HERE NEVER SAY A PRICE OR TOTAL TO ME AT ALLL!!!! We have been here to this location time after time. My mom brought 2 car here and I bring my friend here to buy her car here, but after this I'm sorry to say GOODBYE!!! I know it a hard time every is getting more and more expensive I do understand, but you people dont say anything about pricing to made other Pay when everything set and done that just mess up!!! I call honda on Shadeland and ask them and give them the same service and information about my car to them and ask how.much was that same service cost they tell me $300 which it not much difference but they here HONDA OF FISHERS DO MADE YOU PAY EXTRA MONEY !!!! Over all read all the reviews they don't lie.... I guess I wasn't the only that happened too!!!! ?DISAPPOINTED EXTREMELY!!!!! Well like that other reviews say Toyota down the street next time goes there!!! I'm done with Honda next car gonna be Toyota!!! Good luck!!!!!

Over the past ~25 years, my wife and I have purchased or leased 9 vehicles from Honda of Fishers (formerly Honda West). We area Honda family, and while there are other Honda dealers much closer to our home, there is a reason why I drive all the way from the Westside of Indianapolis up to Fishers to do business with this dealership….we consistently receive the highest quality of service, and the buying process is clean and competitive. We have worked with Rob for the past 3 vehicles, and couldn’t be happier. So now we are a three-Honda family and our 2 daughters are driving safe, reliable cars…and they are learning the value of Honda products and Honda of Fishers.

The Service Team lied and tried to charge me for a part that was not needed. Refused to do warranty work that is covered by Honda USA and still charged me over $275 for a "diagnosis" of my AC. Their service team claimed I needed a new evaporator ($1,600.00) and that it was not covered under the extended warranty from Honda USA. I got into an accident and had my condenser replaced from the accident and the AC has now been working for over 3 weeks just fine without ever replacing the evaporator. So, it's either a mechanical miracle or, Honda of Fishers lied to avoid doing warranty work and tried to charge me for work that did not need to be done. I'm sure they are happy because they still got their "diagnosis fee" out of me. I will NEVER take my car to this dealership again. If my car catches on fire directly in front of Honda of Fishers, I will have it towed to another shop so I do not have to give Honda of Fishers business.

Wouldn’t even give this a star if I didn’t have to. Service Department is beyond sad as their Car Salesmen went above and beyond. I purchased ProSeal when purchasing my car from this Dealership. I bring it in as it has been beyond peeling off. The Maintenance Tech had to ask me what Pro Seal even was. Also, asked me multiple times if I was sure I didn’t get in a wreck which was obvious as there was no body damage to my car and if I had even bought the car from them! Then told me I had to take it to a Collison Center nd was sold through them! They couldn’t even give me a time frame on this let alone a loaner vehicle to transport myself to and from work. I called today to receive an update because they have not communicated at all since taking in my vehicle and was told that they “haven’t even started anything on it” and still don’t have a time frame. When asked if they had any loaner vehicles now she said no that I would have to figure it out. Beyond worse service I’ve ever had to deal with. If I hadn’t bought my car from there I wouldn’t even have bothered with this place. Extremely sad to see such great Car Salesmen being waisted when the back end is nothing but broken promises. We are even in the beginning process of car shopping for my Fiancé and 100% will be going elsewhere that provides exceptional service from start to finish.Update 12 July 2023: Still no call or update. So I Called @ 4:24pm:-Asked for last name-Brief hold-Still told I’m not in the system-Reiterated everything from the call before on Monday-Brief hold-Was Told he would call me back in a few minutes, that he was going to walk out and try, idk what he’s doing but he will call you back in a few minutes
