Horrible stay! Had to call 5 times to complain and no manager was on shift, funny how that works. Early morning employees making noises in the hallway disturbing guests, no shampoo in the shower, husband woke up full of allergy from the dirty room. It was his birthday the next day and he felt like hell.

The staff is great. Love the Holiday Inn pillows. Conveniently located to fast food and Walmart. Elevator is slow and old. Have stayed here 3 times this year for work. Never had a problemSafety: Well lit parking lot. Can see my truck from my room

Rooms are beyond dated. Window coverings were terrible, had to use binder clips to close it. No carpet in rooms. Noise from adjoining room was ridiculous! I could hear them as clearly as being in the same room. I’ve stayed in HIE under construction that were more peaceful and quiet.

She said I don't have to tell you that (Are you kidding me). I asked for roll bed they don'y have it. ""I SLEPT ON THE FLOOR"". For real I don't recommend this hotel. It so bad

Weird layout. It's like it used to be something else and they added on to it. The bathroom of our room was the smallest bathroom and shower that I have ever seen at an IHG property. The water pressure in the shower left much to be desired. Didn't ruin the stay, but not what I have come to expect from IHG.

I told management. We was in and out for basketball tournaments but when returned the towels was yellow from not cleaning (washing good) they were beige. Here is the big one someone cloths was still in the drawer while i was there. So did this room get cleaned. If i was you i would not trust this facility. Nice room, was a bit of a maze at first and the main elevator is sketchy but they're trying to fix it. All it does is that it gets stuck. Breakfast was bomb plenty of options even cinnabuns. Indoor pool and exercise room; weight machine was missing a pin for changing the weights.

Let's begin by acknowledging that I was here on IHG rewards points with the rate totaling $37. The prices still were on the lower side for the area. Keeping that in mind, I was impressed to say the least. This hotel has an indoor pool, fitness center, conference room, and business center plus tons of lounging space around the common areas. Any chance they had to make the already funnily laid out building more interesting, they took it. My personal favorite is the super textured lobby wall. As for breakfast, it was complementary and seriously delicious. Everything was great, but the cinnamon rolls were especially amazing. The staff were all also excellent. As for the room, upon entering, you'll notice functional locks, and a table with a Keurig and ice bucket. There's also a mirror, lamp, and ceiling light. Opposing this is the bathroom, featuring a large sink counter, toilet, and an excellent stand up shower with Dove pump product. The bowl sink was a bit annoying but otherwise no complaints. Moving into the rest of the room, the closet was spacious, and the furniture was all modern and comfy, as were the beds. Better yet, everything was clean and the room felt fresh and modern, with tons of bold colors literally everywhere. The HVAC worked well and ditching the carpet for hardwood is a move I wish more hotels would make. The view from room 230 was of the Hilton Garden Inn next door, but this is a huge property for a suburban, low rise, select service hotel so views will vary. Only other small thing I can nitpick would be the condition of the curtains. They were a bit hard to slide, and the bottoms of the sheers were for a lack of better words, crispy. That being said, this is about as close to perfect as you'll find!

If you want to stay in a room with hairy washcloths and the door to your room that doesn't work well then this is your place!! I am shocked at how bad this place was and glad I was only there for one night.

On June 28th, 2022, at 11:45 pm, my daughter and I were attacked in our hotel room by another guest at the Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis - Fishers. While he was banging on her door, trying to kick it in, saying that he "wanted some pussy and would pay", "let me in so I can take care of you", "Let me in now or else." While I stood blocking the door way in case he kicked it down, my young daughter was in tears with fear and called the front desk. They guaranteed us a manager was on his way up. 10 minutes later when he's banging on her door trying to break in again, we call the front desk again. They told us the same thing. We took this abuse for 20 minutes before someone came. This means that instead of calling the police, the front desk lady chose to call the manager and he told her not to call the police because he would deal with it. The man was still walking outside the hotel trying to get back in. Instead of calling the police again, they waited for a manager who did nothing. This is when I took it into my own hands and called the police myself. Because I was afraid he was going to get back into the building. The manager had the nerve to come to our room and ask why we called 911. The next morning another parent whose door also got banged down and had three children in her room, she was two doors down from us, went to the manager, he made excuses and did not offer any apology or compensation. My daughter could not sleep last night, she slept with me out of fear, and woke up from nightmares three times. She is absolutely traumatized by this. There inability to handle the situation appropriately and the lack of care or understanding show towards us is despicable and completely intolerable. The manager of the hotel should absolutely be ashamed of himself. He should be fired. As of today, July 20, 2022, we have never even received an apology from the hotel. Not even a refund for our stay. Yet my daughter continues to have nightmares and doesn't want to stay in hotels anymore.

It's 3am. The current desk clerk is drunk or stoned. All employees on July 8 have been Very rude, confrontational and disrespectful to my guys. Our group spent well over $3,000 this week for multiple rooms on multiple days and we will not be back!

Becky is the best! We are travel nurses driving through and got turned down for our reservation at Sonesta because it was too late. Which wasn't advertised on their site. Becky helped us get a place to sleep at 2 am. Thank you Becky!!!!
