They don’t deserve even a single star. I went first time to Great Clips and the result you can see in the pictures they ruined my hairs literally took less than 10 mins to cut my hairs.
Simply wasted money and time there.

The stylist completely butchered my daughter’s bangs, I can’t believe how badly they turned out. She put a ton of water in them so I couldn’t tell until I had already tipped richly and left. I will never ever again go to great clips. I sincerely question the validity of the stylists license.

Haven't been here since last October and the stylist had notes from my appointment on what level they used last time.
I checked in ahead on the app and was served within a few minutes of walking in. Had a great conversation with my stylist and she did a great job.
This is not a high-end salon by any means but gets the job done for a simple haircut. Look in the ValPak for coupons!

As some others have noted they will cut your hair how they want not how you want. While I was there the employees were all talking about their cut times. The computer tracks their average time per hair cut and they are strongly incentivized to get the shortest time possible. So if speed is important to you go here. if you want a say in how your hair is cut go elsewhere.

Please read: come here if you like being rushed in and out with a botched job. I’m sure other stylists are fine but don’t take the chances and go somewhere else.

Do not let the Asian lady cut your hair! I asked for a light trim and leave 4 inches on top and use a 6 guard on the sides. After my hair was 2 inches on top and 4 on the sides overall don't go here. Also it look 30min and still looked awful
