We hosted our Make-A-Wish all staff retreat at the Round Room, and it was nothing short of incredible! The facilities are top notch, pristine, and so well maintained. The team there makes sure you have every need taken care of before you even think about it. Bravo!

Sharon is a gem the facility was clean updated well maintained the ambience was perfect for our family meet and greet and we also used it for our Banquet and it was spacious Sharon continual support and suggestions made everything go so smoothly a hundred thanks ?

This fun and bright space made the perfect place for our graduation open house. The setup easily accommodated food, areas to socialize and a spot for the band. Sharon was amazingly responsive and professional. Also felt the cost was quite reasonable when compared to other venues we investigated. Highly recommend.

Our organization continues to book this venue as we've experienced nothing less than stellar! The prompt service, friendliness of the Team, and Sharon's acutely skilled attention to detail are unmatched. Great space to hold any type of occasion you may have, plenty of parking and meeting room options. This center is upscale and transitions easily from day to night!

I can't say enough good things about the high level of kindness and professionalism provided to my family and myself by Sharon O'Haver, the event coordinator for Gateway Events at Round Room. She guided my sister and her children through a sensitive time planning a Celebration of Life service after my brother-in-law's passing. She did it with a keen, but very delicate, focus on bringing together the vision the family had which was wholly based on my brother-in-law's expressed wishes for what he wanted for the event. The amenities and space were spotless Sharon was incredible in her attention to detail, follow up, organization, and suggestions. I would recommend this space, and Sharon's services, to anyone wishing to plan an event. My thanks to her and everyone at Gateway Events at Round Room.

During my husband's celebration of life, Sharon proved to be an exceptional coordinator. She displayed great kindness, provided invaluable assistance, conducted thorough work, and meticulously attended to every detail. Everything was amazing at The Round Room! Sharon is a very sweet, helpful, and amazing woman who was ready to assist with anything we needed help with. The facility is clean, always neat, and the space we rented was more than enough room for everyone in attendance. Gateway Events recently hosted our client holiday party on 12/19/23. The event was amazing!
